【摘要】：隨著會(huì)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展壯大,會(huì)展企業(yè)間的競爭日益加劇,如何發(fā)揮人力資源的優(yōu)勢成為企業(yè)管理工作的重中之重,而發(fā)揮人力資源優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵就在于最大程度的發(fā)揮企業(yè)員工的工作積極性,發(fā)揮其價(jià)值和工作潛能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and expansion of the exhibition economy, the competition among the exhibition enterprises is increasing. How to give full play to the advantages of human resources has become the most important thing in the management of enterprises. The key to exerting the advantages of human resources is to maximize the enthusiasm of the employees and give full play to their value and potential.
