沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的失效機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:隨著大跨度網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)在重要大型公共建筑中的不斷應(yīng)用,人們開始考慮網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)在沖擊、爆炸等偶然荷載下的性能。而盡管沖擊荷載屬于偶然荷載,近年來由于恐怖襲擊等原因,發(fā)生概率不斷增加;最為典型的是9.11事件,世貿(mào)雙塔的設(shè)計(jì)代表了當(dāng)代先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)水平,甚至曾考慮過Boeing707的撞擊作用,但撞擊及其并發(fā)作用仍然導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)連續(xù)倒塌。此外,上世紀(jì)八十年代,一架輕型飛機(jī)墜入巴西圣保羅展覽中心屋頂網(wǎng)架,也證明了飛行物撞擊大跨結(jié)構(gòu)的可能性。而目前國內(nèi)外結(jié)構(gòu)抗沖擊的研究卻比較滯后,網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)的分析方法、失效模式及失效機(jī)理等許多問題亟待研究和解決。這些問題的研究不僅在網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的抗沖擊研究中有著迫切的需要,而且在類似的大型復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)抗沖擊研究中也幾乎處于空白階段,有著廣泛的研究前景和實(shí)際意義。鑒于上述原因,本文首先提出網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)的分析方法,然后對(duì)沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的失效模式及其機(jī)理進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的研究,并通過大規(guī)模參數(shù)研究總結(jié)分析網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的失效規(guī)律,此外,通過網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)縮尺模型的沖擊試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了分析方法及分析結(jié)論的正確性,最后提出沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的防護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)建議。這些內(nèi)容具體包括: 1.網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)分析方法 本文建立了實(shí)用有效的網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)分析方法,首先確定了網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)研究的特征指標(biāo),包括荷載作用、網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的特征響應(yīng)兩方面內(nèi)容,然后探討了網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)的分析流程,并建立了網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)分析的精確數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,此外,闡述了這一分析方法的具體實(shí)施過程; 2.沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的失效模式與機(jī)理 通過大量的參數(shù)計(jì)算研究網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的沖擊響應(yīng)特性,總結(jié)分析了網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊失效的四個(gè)典型算例,并分別以單層球面網(wǎng)殼和單層柱面網(wǎng)殼為例,詳述了網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊失效的全過程及其荷載作用與結(jié)構(gòu)特征響應(yīng);然后依據(jù)不同沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼的沖擊失效特點(diǎn),定義了網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的三類失效模式,并根據(jù)沖擊失效過程中的能量傳遞特點(diǎn)將沖擊失效過程分為三階段,同時(shí)揭示了每類失效模式對(duì)應(yīng)的失效機(jī)理; 3.網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊失效規(guī)律分析 通過大量的參數(shù)分析研究網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的沖擊失效規(guī)律,考察了結(jié)構(gòu)最大響應(yīng)/失效模式隨網(wǎng)殼獲取的總沖擊能量的變化規(guī)律,并探討了沖擊物初動(dòng)能對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)最大響應(yīng)/失效模式的影響;此外,提出用整體倒塌失效系數(shù)作為結(jié)構(gòu)抗沖擊能力的評(píng)定指標(biāo),然后通過變化荷載與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的整體倒塌失效規(guī)律進(jìn)行大量的參數(shù)分析,確定了易于產(chǎn)生整體倒塌的初始沖擊條件。 4.網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊試驗(yàn)研究 為驗(yàn)證網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)沖擊響應(yīng)分析方法及分析結(jié)論的正確性,對(duì)Kiewitt-6型單層球面網(wǎng)殼縮尺模型進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容包括模態(tài)分析、彈性沖擊試驗(yàn)與破壞性沖擊試驗(yàn)三部分,通過試驗(yàn)與數(shù)值結(jié)果(包括頻率、振型、沖擊力、桿件應(yīng)力與破壞形態(tài))的對(duì)比分析,證明了本文提出的分析方法及分析結(jié)論的正確性,此外,通過對(duì)比分析探討了沖擊物初始偏轉(zhuǎn)、支座約束條件、加工誤差、阻尼力等因素對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)最大沖擊響應(yīng)的影響原因及影響程度。 5.沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的防護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)方法及建議 以網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的沖擊失效機(jī)理與沖擊失效規(guī)律為理論基礎(chǔ),以防止結(jié)構(gòu)在沖擊荷載下出現(xiàn)整體倒塌為防護(hù)目標(biāo),提出沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的三種防護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)方法:輕屋面、整體加強(qiáng)法和臨界位置加強(qiáng)法,并分別對(duì)三種方法的防護(hù)效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮防護(hù)效果與經(jīng)濟(jì)條件,提出沖擊荷載下網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的防護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)建議;與前文內(nèi)容相結(jié)合,形成了完整的網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)抗沖擊研究的理論框架。
[Abstract]:With the continuous application of the large span reticulated shell structure in important large public buildings, people began to consider the performance of the reticulated shell under accidental loads such as shock and explosion. Although the impact load belongs to the accidental load, the probability is increasing in recent years because of terrorist attacks. The most typical one is the 9.11 event, the design of the world trade trade Twin Towers. It represents the advanced level of contemporary design, even considering the impact of Boeing707, but the impact and its concurrency still lead to the continuous collapse of the structure. In 80s, a light aircraft crashed into the roof truss of the Brazil St Paul Exhibition Center and proved the possibility of flying objects hitting the large span structure. The research on the impact resistance of the outer structure is lagging behind. Many problems such as the analysis method of the impact response of the reticulated shell structure, failure mode and failure mechanism are urgently needed to be studied and solved. The research of these problems not only has an urgent need in the study of the impact resistance of the reticulated shell structure, but also is almost the same in the research of the similar large-scale complex structure impact resistance. In the blank stage, there are extensive research prospects and practical significance. In view of the above reasons, the analysis method of the impact response of the latticed shell structure is first proposed. Then the failure mode and the mechanism of the reticulated shell structure under the impact load are systematically studied, and the failure law of the reticulated shell structure is summarized and analyzed through the large-scale parameter study. In addition, the correctness of the analysis method and analysis conclusion is verified by the impact test of the scale model of the reticulated shell structure. Finally, some suggestions on the protective design of the reticulated shell structure under the impact load are proposed.
Analysis method of impact response of 1. reticulated shell structure
In this paper, a practical and effective method to analyze the impact response of the reticulated shell structure is established. First, the characteristics of the impact response of the reticulated shell structure are determined, including the load action, the characteristic response of the reticulated shell structure in two aspects. Then the analysis process of the impact response of the reticulated shell structure is discussed, and the exact number of the impact response analysis of the reticulated shell structure is established. The value calculation model, in addition, expounds the concrete implementation process of this analysis method.
2. failure modes and mechanisms of reticulated shells under impact loading
The impact response characteristics of the reticulated shell structure are calculated and studied by a large number of parameters. Four typical examples of the impact failure of the latticed shell structure are summarized and analyzed. The whole process of the impact failure of the latticed shell structure and the response of the load and structure characteristics are described in detail, and the different impact load is then based on the different impact load. Under the impact failure characteristics of the reticulated shell, three types of failure modes of the reticulated shell are defined, and the impact failure process is divided into three stages according to the energy transfer characteristics in the process of impact failure, and the failure mechanism corresponding to each type of failure mode is revealed.
Analysis of impact failure law of 3. reticulated shell structure
The effect of the maximum response / failure mode on the total impact energy obtained by the reticulated shell is investigated through a large number of parameters analysis, and the influence of the initial kinetic energy of the impact on the maximum response / failure mode of the structure is discussed. Furthermore, the overall collapse failure coefficient is proposed as the anti impact capacity of the structure. According to the evaluation index, a large amount of parameter analysis is carried out on the failure law of the overall collapse of the reticulated shell structure under the impact load, and the initial impact conditions that are easy to produce the overall collapse are determined by the change load and the structural parameters.
Study on impact test of 4. reticulated shell structure
In order to verify the correctness of the analysis method and conclusion of the impact response of the reticulated shell structure, the experimental research on the scale model of Kiewitt-6 type single-layer spherical reticulated shell is carried out systematically. The test contents include three parts: modal analysis, elastic impact test and destructive impact test, and through the test and numerical results (including frequency, vibration mode, impact force, bar parts) The comparison and analysis of force and failure form proves the correctness of the analysis method and analysis conclusion proposed in this paper. In addition, through comparative analysis, the influence causes and influence degree of the initial deflection of the impact material, the bearing constraint conditions, the machining error, the damping force and other factors on the maximum impact response of the structure are discussed.
5. protective design methods and suggestions for reticulated shell under impact load
Based on the theory of the impact failure mechanism and the impact failure law of the latticed shell structure, in order to prevent the structure from collapse as a protective target under the impact load, three protective design methods of the shell structure under the impact load are put forward: the light roof, the integral method and the critical position strengthening method, and the protective effects of the three methods are respectively carried out. On this basis, on this basis, the protective effect and the economic conditions are taken into consideration, and the protective design proposal of the reticulated shell structure under the impact load is proposed, and a complete theoretical framework for the study of the impact resistance of the reticulated shell structure is formed with the previous content.
