基于生態(tài)理念的舊工業(yè)廠房改造為展覽建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:在舊工業(yè)廠房民用化的改造中,尤為常見(jiàn)的是被改造為展覽建筑,然而這種類型的改造也出現(xiàn)了一些問(wèn)題,有些改造偏于簡(jiǎn)單的再利用,缺乏對(duì)使用者的健康舒適及能源資源的高效利用方面的深入考慮;谶@方面的問(wèn)題,本文旨在運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科的原理和方法,從人工要素(建筑內(nèi)部空間)和環(huán)境要素兩方面對(duì)舊工業(yè)廠房改造為展覽建筑進(jìn)行專題性的研究。本文首先對(duì)北京地區(qū)三個(gè)典型的改造實(shí)例進(jìn)行細(xì)致的調(diào)研分析,從生態(tài)理念的角度思考改造的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足。然后對(duì)舊工業(yè)建筑改造為展覽建筑的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,總結(jié)出改造所產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)舊工業(yè)廠房改造為展覽建筑的影響因素分析及基于生態(tài)理念的優(yōu)勢(shì)闡述,運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)的研究角度和方法,提出基于生態(tài)理念的舊工業(yè)廠房改造為展覽建筑的具體改造方向和側(cè)重點(diǎn)。基于對(duì)研究對(duì)象的分析和理論闡釋,本文從內(nèi)部空間和環(huán)境要素兩個(gè)方面,提出基于生態(tài)理念的相應(yīng)改造原則及具體設(shè)計(jì)方法:內(nèi)部空間改造在形態(tài)開(kāi)放性原則,功能高效性原則,氛圍舒適性原則的指導(dǎo)下,應(yīng)該通過(guò)線性劃分、嵌入腔體、增加活動(dòng)分隔的方式提高空間的互動(dòng)性和開(kāi)放性;通過(guò)流線的巧妙組織、新展覽功能在舊空間結(jié)構(gòu)中的整合以及單一空間的復(fù)合化利用和彈性變換的方式提高內(nèi)部空間的使用效能;通過(guò)室內(nèi)外自然景觀的利用,公用設(shè)施的增設(shè),原有空間界面材質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)變和色彩的合理搭配的方式營(yíng)造一個(gè)自然親切、舒適宜人的展覽空間。環(huán)境要素改造應(yīng)在場(chǎng)地環(huán)境的溝通協(xié)調(diào)原則、能源的環(huán)保經(jīng)濟(jì)原則的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)廣場(chǎng)和引導(dǎo)空間的設(shè)置、環(huán)境優(yōu)化的方式加強(qiáng)建筑與周?chē)h(huán)境的有機(jī)融合;通過(guò)對(duì)原有構(gòu)造的優(yōu)化、增加反射構(gòu)件和設(shè)置導(dǎo)光體的方式改善建筑的光環(huán)境;通過(guò)原有形體的改變,優(yōu)化通風(fēng)口形式及設(shè)置貫通體改善建筑的風(fēng)環(huán)境;通過(guò)太陽(yáng)能在舊建筑中構(gòu)建復(fù)合墻體和蓄熱單元并使建筑光伏一體化的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)清潔能源在舊工業(yè)建筑上的利用。最后,通過(guò)作者參與的實(shí)際案例本溪二電廠機(jī)電車(chē)間的改造項(xiàng)目對(duì)上述的改造設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)際的運(yùn)用和論證分析。本文采用了“研究—理論—實(shí)踐”的研究方法,對(duì)案例的分析、改造方向和側(cè)重點(diǎn),借鑒生態(tài)學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究成果和方法;在闡述改造原則、歸納具體的設(shè)計(jì)方法時(shí),運(yùn)用了理論研究與實(shí)例分析相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)文章的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了深入的拓展。
[Abstract]:In the transformation of old industrial buildings for civilian use, it is particularly common to be transformed into exhibition buildings. However, there are some problems with this type of transformation, some of which tend to be reused simply. Lack of in-depth consideration of user health and comfort and efficient use of energy resources. Based on this problem, this paper aims to use the principles and methods of ecology and related disciplines to study the transformation of old industrial buildings into exhibition buildings from two aspects: artificial elements (internal space of buildings) and environmental elements. In this paper, three typical examples of transformation in Beijing are investigated and analyzed in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of the transformation are considered from the perspective of ecological concept. Then the existing situation of the old industrial building to exhibition building is investigated and the problems arising from the renovation are summarized. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the transformation of the old industrial factory building into exhibition building and the advantages of ecological concept, the ecological research angle and method are used. This paper puts forward the direction and emphasis of the transformation of the old industrial factory building based on ecological concept into the exhibition building. Based on the analysis and theoretical explanation of the research object, this paper puts forward the corresponding transformation principles and specific design methods based on ecological concept from two aspects of internal space and environmental elements: the opening principle of internal space transformation in form, Under the guidance of the principle of functional efficiency and comfort of atmosphere, the interaction and openness of space should be enhanced through linear division, embedding of cavities, increasing activity separation, and ingenious organization of streamline lines. The integration of the new exhibition function in the old space structure, the combination of the single space and the elastic transformation to improve the efficiency of the use of the internal space; through the use of the indoor and outdoor natural landscape, the addition of public facilities, The original space interface material transformation and the reasonable collocation of color create a natural, comfortable and pleasant exhibition space. The transformation of environmental elements should be guided by the principles of communication and coordination of the site environment and the economic principle of environmental protection of energy, strengthen the organic integration between the building and the surrounding environment through the setting of square and guiding space and the way of environmental optimization. By optimizing the original structure, adding reflective members and setting light guide bodies to improve the light environment of the building, through the change of the original form, optimize the form of the vent and set the through body to improve the wind environment of the building. In order to realize the utilization of clean energy in the old industrial buildings, the solar energy is used to build composite wall and heat storage unit in the old building and to integrate the building photovoltaic. Finally, through the practical case of Benxi No.2 Power Plant, the transformation project of the mechanical and electrical workshop of Benxi No. 2 Power Plant is used and analyzed. This paper adopts the research method of "research-theory-practice", analyzes the case, the direction and emphasis of transformation, and draws lessons from the research results and methods of ecology and related disciplines. Using the combination of theoretical research and case analysis, the connotation of the article is further expanded.
