產(chǎn)業(yè)重構(gòu)背景下的復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)研究

【摘要】:這是一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)重構(gòu)時(shí)代。新興業(yè)態(tài)在產(chǎn)業(yè)融合與市場細(xì)分兩種力量的作用下層出不窮。創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為把握企業(yè)命脈的關(guān)鍵所在。本文就是選取同時(shí)經(jīng)營兩種以上業(yè)態(tài)的復(fù)合型旅游企業(yè)作為研究對象,從市場細(xì)分和產(chǎn)業(yè)融合并進(jìn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)重構(gòu)大背景和旅游業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的行業(yè)背景出發(fā),運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、微笑曲線、共生理論、品牌延伸理論和麥肯錫三層面增長理論等,借鑒零售業(yè)的業(yè)態(tài)相關(guān)理論,提出復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)這一全新的概念。 本文運(yùn)用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合、理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的研究方法對復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)理論進(jìn)行規(guī)范性分析,搭建復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)的基本理論框架。論文運(yùn)用SWOT模型分析了復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)區(qū)別與其他旅游業(yè)態(tài)的優(yōu)勢、機(jī)會、劣勢和威脅;歸納復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)的成長機(jī)理和演變規(guī)律,提出了物理性復(fù)合和化學(xué)性復(fù)合的分類方法及其演變微笑臉譜;通過對典型復(fù)合型旅游企業(yè)的分析,總結(jié)了比較出典型的復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)運(yùn)作模式、管理模式和盈利模式;依據(jù)復(fù)合子業(yè)態(tài)之間的共生關(guān)系繪出典型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)造模型——單條產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模型、平行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模型和杠桿產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模型,并揭示了與三大相對應(yīng)的延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、主業(yè)配套式和醉翁之意式開發(fā)路徑。研究源于實(shí)踐,以期服務(wù)于實(shí)踐。希望本研究能夠?qū)?fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)的規(guī)劃開發(fā)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資、利潤追求等方面起到一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義。 創(chuàng)意無限,產(chǎn)業(yè)無疆,復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)的前途無量,必將成為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要發(fā)展方向。由于相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的滯后獲得以及本人才學(xué)的疏淺,本文研究還只是停留在較膚淺的層面。筆者略陳拙見、拋磚引玉,相信隨著更多專家、學(xué)者的智慧凝集,復(fù)合型旅游業(yè)態(tài)也必然如同其在市場中絢爛綻放一樣,在理論界結(jié)出累累碩果。
[Abstract]:This is an era of industrial restructuring. Under the action of industry convergence and market segmentation, the emerging industry forms emerge endlessly. Innovation has become the key to grasp the lifeblood of enterprises. This paper selects two or more kinds of complex tourism enterprises operating at the same time as the research object, starting from the background of the industry reconstruction of market segmentation and industry convergence and the industry background of tourism transformation and upgrading, using the industry association. Industry convergence, smile curve, symbiosis theory, brand extension theory and McKinsey & Co. In this paper, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined, the theoretical research and empirical research are combined to carry on the normative analysis to the compound tourism form theory, and the basic theoretical frame of the compound tourism industry form is set up. SWOT model is used to analyze the advantages, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the difference between the complex tourism industry and other tourism forms, and the growth mechanism and evolution law of the complex tourism industry are summarized. This paper puts forward the classification method of physical compound and chemical compound and its evolvement smile face, summarizes and compares the operation mode, management mode and profit mode of typical compound tourism enterprise through the analysis of typical compound tourism enterprise. According to the symbiotic relationship between the complex sub-industries, the typical industrial chain construction model, the single industrial chain model, the parallel industrial chain model and the leveraged industrial chain model are plotted out, and the extended industrial chain corresponding to the three major industrial chains is revealed. The main business supporting type and the drunken man's intention type development path. Research originates from practice with a view to serving practice. It is hoped that this study can play a certain theoretical guiding role in the planning and development of complex tourism form, venture capital, profit pursuit and so on. Creativity is unlimited, industry is boundless, and the prospect of compound tourism industry is endless, which will become an important developing direction of tourism industry. Due to the lag of data acquisition and the thinness of my talent, the research of this paper is still on a superficial level. With the wisdom of more experts and scholars, the complex tourism industry is bound to bear fruitful results in the theoretical circle, just as it blooms in the market.
