[Abstract]:Zhengbell helicopter began production of a new version of the V-280 "Warrior" of the tilting rotor, one of the United States Army's joint multi-purpose technology verification aircraft JMR TDDs for the development of the next generation of helicopters. The JMR Project is a joint design project led by the United States Army.To replace the U. S. Army helicopter in active service.At the Army Association's annual convention, Bell unveiled a full-size model of the V-280. The V-280 is scheduled for its first flight in 2017, with a design speed of 280 knots and a range of 800 nautical miles.Bell will take advantage of the V-22 manufacturing technology. The V-22 is the active tilting rotorcraft of the United States military. It began to manufacture the .V-280 in late Upper Vision 80, using a similar technology to V-22, and installed on the wings on both sides.
