平板網(wǎng)架與下部支承結(jié)構(gòu)整體工作分析研究

【摘要】: 網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)具有受力合理、體型優(yōu)美、空間體積利用率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于體育館、會展中心、影劇院、機(jī)場候機(jī)廳等公共建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中。平板網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)一般為混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,即屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)形式為鋼管網(wǎng)架體系,而下部支承結(jié)構(gòu)形式為混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)、剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)或者鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)。限于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)軟件功能的不足,通常將上部網(wǎng)架與下部支承結(jié)構(gòu)分開單獨(dú)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),與實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)的受力有很大的差別,致使部分構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)偏于保守,而部分構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)偏于不安全. 本論文結(jié)合蘭州某大學(xué)平板網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)體育館這一具體工程實(shí)例,采用有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行整體建模,系統(tǒng)地從整體穩(wěn)定性、溫差作用和結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能三個(gè)方面分析了上部平板網(wǎng)架與下部支承結(jié)構(gòu)的整體工作性能,并與上部平板網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)單獨(dú)建模的工作性能進(jìn)行了對比分析,此外還分析了水平地震作用下上部網(wǎng)架不同簡化方法對下部支承結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示不同分析模型得到的數(shù)據(jù)各不相同,有些數(shù)據(jù)差異較大,從中得出了一些較為合理的設(shè)計(jì)建議,為以后同類工程的設(shè)計(jì)分析提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The space truss structure has the advantages of reasonable force, beautiful shape and high utilization ratio of space volume. It is widely used in public buildings such as gymnasium, convention and exhibition center, cinema and theater, airport terminal and so on.The slab truss structure is generally a hybrid structure system, that is, the roof structure is a steel tube grid structure, while the lower supporting structure is a concrete frame structure, a shear wall structure or a steel frame structure.Limited to the deficiency of the function of the structure design software, the upper space frame and the lower supporting structure are usually separately designed separately, which is very different from the actual structure, and the design of some members is conservative.The design of some components is unsafe.This paper combined with the concrete engineering example of the flat grid structure gymnasium of a university in Lanzhou, adopted the finite element analysis software to carry on the overall modeling, systematically from the overall stability,Three aspects of temperature difference and seismic performance of the structure are analyzed, and the working performance of the upper plate grid structure and the lower supporting structure is analyzed, and the working performance of the upper plate grid structure is compared with that of the upper plate grid structure.In addition, the influence of different simplified methods of upper truss on the internal force of the lower support structure under horizontal earthquake is analyzed.The results show that the data obtained from different analysis models are different, and some of the data are quite different. Some reasonable design suggestions are obtained from them, which provide a certain reference for the design and analysis of similar projects in the future.
