基于服務供應鏈理論的會展旅游質(zhì)量評價及提升研究

【摘要】:作為“城市面包”的會展業(yè)近些年發(fā)展的如火如荼,它與旅游業(yè)千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系推動了會展旅游的產(chǎn)生,巨大的乘數(shù)效應使它成為旅游業(yè)中一個新的亮點。作為典型的服務行業(yè),會展旅游的快速發(fā)展使得會展旅游相關企業(yè)意識到只有通過服務集成為旅游者提供滿足其多方需求的整體性組合產(chǎn)品,保證服務質(zhì)量和旅游者滿意度,才能促進自身長遠發(fā)展。也就是說,只有良性的會展旅游服務供應鏈才有利于會展旅游的發(fā)展,但目前會展旅游的發(fā)展并未完全結(jié)合服務供應鏈理論,直接影響了會展旅游者的會展旅游質(zhì)量感知,不利于會展旅游的健康高效發(fā)展。因此在服務供應鏈的視角下構(gòu)建會展旅游質(zhì)量理論模型,運用定性和定量分析法,對沈陽會展旅游的質(zhì)量評價和提升研究具有重大意義。本文中對國內(nèi)外會展旅游的研究現(xiàn)狀進行樂概括總結(jié),從最大滿足旅游者的需求出發(fā),通過對傳統(tǒng)會展旅游服務供應鏈模型中以旅游者作為核心組織者的角色進行修正后,構(gòu)建了以會展主辦方為核心會展旅游供應商,即會展旅游集成商,會展旅游一般供應商、公共服務供應商以及其他服務供應商四個方面在內(nèi)的會展旅游服務供應鏈理論模型,在各自維度下選出具有代表性和影響力的評價因子,構(gòu)建了包括18個因子的因子集,以便在實證研究中對沈陽會展旅游質(zhì)量進行定量分析。通過問卷調(diào)查和實地訪談等形式獲得旅游者對沈陽會展旅游的質(zhì)量的重要性和滿意度評價,所獲數(shù)據(jù)利用SPSS和EXCEL軟件進行處理,并且運用描述性、統(tǒng)計檢驗、IPA分析法對沈陽會展旅游質(zhì)量進行了綜合評價,明確了沈陽會展旅游質(zhì)量提升的優(yōu)先順序,為沈陽會展旅游資源的有效配置和未來工作重點的選擇提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the exhibition industry of "city bread" has been developing in full swing in recent years, it is inextricably linked with the tourism industry to promote the emergence of mice tourism. The huge multiplier effect makes it a new bright spot in tourism. The rapid development of mice tourism makes related enterprises realize that it is only through service integration to provide tourists with integrated products to meet their needs, so as to ensure the quality of service and the satisfaction of tourists. In order to promote its long-term development, that is to say, only a benign mice tourism service supply chain is conducive to the development of mice tourism, but at present the development of mice tourism is not fully integrated with the theory of service supply chain. It has a direct impact on the quality perception of mice and exhibition tourism, which is not conducive to the healthy and efficient development of mice tourism. Therefore, the theoretical model of exhibition tourism quality is constructed from the perspective of service supply chain, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used. It is of great significance to evaluate and improve the quality of mice tourism in Shenyang. In this paper, the present research situation of mice tourism at home and abroad is summarized to meet the needs of tourists. By modifying the role of tourists as the core organizer in the traditional model of mice tourism service supply chain, this paper constructs the convention organizer as the core exhibition tourism supplier, that is, the exhibition tourism integrator, the general supplier of mice tourism. The theoretical model of mice tourism service supply chain including four aspects of public service providers and other service providers selects representative and influential evaluation factors under their respective dimensions and constructs a set of factors including 18 factors. In order to make quantitative analysis on the quality of mice tourism in Shenyang in the empirical research and obtain the evaluation of the importance and satisfaction of tourists to the quality of mice tourism in Shenyang through questionnaire survey and field interviews. The obtained data are processed by SPSS and EXCEL software, and the comprehensive evaluation of Shenyang mice tourism quality is carried out by using descriptive, statistical and statistical analysis methods, and the priority order of Shenyang mice tourism quality improvement is defined. It provides a reference for the effective allocation of exhibition tourism resources and the selection of future work emphases in Shenyang.
