【摘要】：本翻譯報(bào)告分析論證的對(duì)象是科隆國(guó)際展覽有限公司公司章程的翻譯。翻譯實(shí)踐文本是英譯中。在本次翻譯實(shí)踐中,譯者以法律翻譯家李克興的靜態(tài)對(duì)等翻譯策略為理論支撐,針對(duì)譯者在翻譯過程中所遇到的問題和難點(diǎn),通過認(rèn)真研讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和平行文本,對(duì)公司章程的文本的特點(diǎn)以及翻譯有了新的理解和認(rèn)識(shí),在翻譯實(shí)踐中,對(duì)法律文本中的古舊詞的使用和翻譯方法做了較為深入的探討和研究。在靜態(tài)理論的翻譯策略指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合采用轉(zhuǎn)移、引申、拆離、增補(bǔ)等翻譯方法,完成了本次翻譯實(shí)踐。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,撰寫了本翻譯報(bào)告。本翻譯報(bào)告的內(nèi)容主要分為四個(gè)章,第一章主要闡述翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景、目標(biāo)、意義以及報(bào)告結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章討論本翻譯報(bào)告的研究背景,包括理論基礎(chǔ)和原文介紹。第三章是本報(bào)告的主體部分,在這一章里,筆者列舉了翻譯過程中遇到的難點(diǎn)和問題以及解決這些難點(diǎn)的翻譯方法和技巧。第四章是結(jié)語(yǔ)部分,總結(jié)了筆者在翻譯過程中所獲得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)、得到的啟發(fā)以及仍待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:The object of this translation report is the translation of the articles of association of Cologne International Exhibition Co., Ltd. The translation practice is in English. In this translation practice, the translator is supported by the static equivalent translation strategy of legal translator Li Kexing. In the light of the problems and difficulties encountered by the translator in the process of translation, a new understanding and understanding of the characteristics of the text of the articles of association and the translation has been gained through careful study of the relevant literature and parallel texts. This paper makes a deep study on the use and translation methods of ancient words in legal texts. Under the guidance of the translation strategy of static theory, it combines the translation methods such as transfer, extension, disassembly, supplement and so on. On the basis of this, this translation report is written. The main contents of this translation report are divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the background and objectives of the translation project. The second chapter discusses the research background of this translation report, including the theoretical basis and the original text introduction. Chapter three is the main part of the report, in this chapter, The author enumerates the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of translation and the translation methods and techniques to solve these difficulties. Chapter four is the conclusion part, which summarizes the experiences and lessons learned by the author in the process of translation. The inspiration and the problems that remain to be solved.
