【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化以及我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整的背景下,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位日益凸顯。近年來,學者們對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)給予了更多關注并進行了深入的研究。從世界范圍看,在經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展的同時,也對能源需求提出了更高的要求。對能源無限需求和環(huán)境的日益惡化也使得各國尋求一種低碳和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方式,來應對當前各國普遍面臨的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展問題。 自上個世紀末,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展引起了諸多國家的關注,并逐漸成為各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。2007年10月國家發(fā)布《文化產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃》指出,發(fā)展重點文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。以文化創(chuàng)意、影視制作、出版發(fā)行、廣告、文化會展和動漫等產(chǎn)業(yè)為重點,加大扶持力度完善產(chǎn)業(yè)政策體系,實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展。可以看出,大力發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整的重要組成部分。 本文通過對大量文獻的分析總結,從文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究入手,以動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象。在對動漫的概念內(nèi)涵以及動漫和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的關系做出界定的基礎上,從集群化發(fā)展的視角,重點研究了國內(nèi)外動漫企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。同時,對國內(nèi)外動漫企業(yè)集群化發(fā)展模式進行了比較研究,總結了我國動漫企業(yè)集群化發(fā)展模式并對我國動漫企業(yè)集群化發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題進行了分析。為了使本文的研究更具針對性,文中運用了SWOT分析法,從集群化理論視角,分析了天津動漫企業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,以及天津動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的機會與威脅。不僅從微觀企業(yè)角度去把握動漫發(fā)展的思路,還從宏觀產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境方面對天津發(fā)展動漫的相關問題做了論述并提出了相應的發(fā)展對策。文中試圖基于集群化的視角,借鑒文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價指標,對天津動漫企業(yè)競爭力做出了一定的評價,嘗試建立一種動漫企業(yè)競爭力的評價模型。 本文最后針對性地對天津動漫企業(yè)的發(fā)展從宏微觀兩個層面提出發(fā)展對策。宏觀層面,從產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動、政策支持、如何有效引導集群化發(fā)展、資源平臺搭建等幾個方面提出具體的發(fā)展建議;微觀層面,從原創(chuàng)意識的提高、知識產(chǎn)權的保護、創(chuàng)意人才的培養(yǎng)、動漫衍生產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、品牌建設等幾個方面對企業(yè)提出相應的發(fā)展建議,旨在幫助動漫企業(yè)在集群化發(fā)展過程中,提升動漫企業(yè)自身競爭力,積極參與到國際化的競爭中去。 總之,隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的調(diào)整及國家大力發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的不斷強化,認真研究動漫企業(yè)的發(fā)展,對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、提升企業(yè)競爭力以及解決就業(yè)等都有著積極的意義。
[Abstract]:In the context of economic globalization and industrial restructuring in China, the position of cultural and creative industries in economic development has become increasingly prominent. Scholars have paid more attention to the cultural and creative industries and conducted in-depth research. From the world perspective, the rapid economic development at the same time, The unlimited demand for energy and the worsening of the environment also make countries seek a low carbon and sustainable development way to deal with the current economic development problems that countries generally face. Since the end of the last century, the development of cultural and creative industries has attracted the attention of many countries and has gradually become an important pillar industry in the economic development of various countries. Develop key cultural industries. Focus on cultural creativity, film and television production, publishing and distribution, advertising, cultural exhibitions, animation and other industries, increase support and improve the industrial policy system to achieve leapfrog development. Vigorously developing cultural and creative industries has become an important part of industrial structure adjustment in China. Through the analysis and summary of a large number of documents, starting with the research on the development of cultural industry, this paper takes the animation industry as the research object. On the basis of defining the concept connotation of animation and the relationship between animation and cultural and creative industries, From the perspective of cluster development, this paper focuses on the development status of domestic and foreign animation companies. At the same time, it makes a comparative study on the development mode of domestic and foreign animation enterprises. This paper summarizes the development mode of the cluster of animation enterprises in China and analyzes the problems in the process of the development of the cluster of animation enterprises in China. In order to make the research of this paper more targeted, SWOT analysis method is used in this paper, from the perspective of cluster theory. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Tianjin animation enterprises, as well as the opportunities and threats of the development of Tianjin animation industry. This paper also discusses the development of animation in Tianjin from the macro industrial environment and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures. This paper tries to use for reference the evaluation index of cultural industry competitiveness based on the perspective of cluster. This paper makes a certain evaluation on the competitiveness of Tianjin animation enterprises, and tries to establish an evaluation model of the competitiveness of animation enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures from macro and micro level to the development of Tianjin animation enterprises. At the macro level, from the industrial linkage, policy support, how to effectively guide the cluster development, Specific development suggestions are put forward in several aspects, such as building a resource platform. At the micro level, from the aspects of the improvement of original consciousness, the protection of intellectual property rights, the cultivation of creative talents, the development of anime and derivative products, Brand construction and other aspects of the development of enterprises put forward the corresponding suggestions, in order to help animation enterprises in the cluster development process, to enhance the competitiveness of animation enterprises, actively participate in the international competition. In a word, with the adjustment of China's industrial policy and the continuous strengthening of the national policy of developing the tertiary industry, it is of positive significance to study the development of animation enterprises for the economic development of our country, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and to solve the problem of employment.
