【摘要】：近年來,隨著人口老齡化趨勢的日益嚴(yán)峻,以及人們對于死亡質(zhì)量的要求不斷升高,社會對于臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的需求越來越多。而在我國,現(xiàn)在有的臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的質(zhì)量較差,國家還沒有較為完善的關(guān)于這類特殊醫(yī)療建筑的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。隨著改革開放和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國每年到海外去學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活的華人數(shù)目不斷增長,這部分華人在海外接受臨終關(guān)懷服務(wù)時(shí),會迫切的需要有中國文化背景依托的臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院為起進(jìn)行臨終關(guān)懷服務(wù)。因此,在海外建立有中國文化背景的臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的需求是迫切的。本文通過對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的閱讀整理,和現(xiàn)有的海內(nèi)外臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的案例進(jìn)行分析研究,探究在唐人街設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)中國文化背景的臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院,為海外華人進(jìn)行臨終關(guān)懷服務(wù)�，F(xiàn)有的臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的服務(wù)主體是晚期患者,本課題的主要研究方向是希望突破普通臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的服務(wù)局限,當(dāng)代臨終關(guān)懷概念在社會中的普及率還不夠高,本設(shè)計(jì)將增加臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的開放性,面向大眾宣傳臨終關(guān)懷服務(wù)的重要意義;同時(shí)增加臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院對于喪病親人的心理治療服務(wù),幫助他們走出失去親人的痛苦。通過對于建筑設(shè)計(jì)體系和材料的分析和研究設(shè)計(jì)具有中國特色的臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院模式,通過對于特殊醫(yī)療建筑具體功能空間的設(shè)計(jì)和分析探討空間的尺度滿足使用者的需求。整個(gè)醫(yī)療建筑設(shè)計(jì)的主旨是"建筑應(yīng)該幫助人們度過生命中最艱難的時(shí)刻的主題"。全文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分主要介紹臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的設(shè)計(jì)背景和歷史,中國臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,課題研究的目的和意義以及對課題研究的內(nèi)容和方法。第二部分介紹了本課題的項(xiàng)目概況,簡要的交代了區(qū)位分析、基地分析、人口分析和設(shè)計(jì)概念。第三部分是主要的課題研究。研究分析了臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院建筑的設(shè)計(jì)主旨,基本設(shè)計(jì)方向,臨終關(guān)懷類醫(yī)療建筑與中國合院式住宅體系結(jié)合的可行性以及本課題的方案設(shè)計(jì)基本研究和概念設(shè)計(jì)。第四部分是對本設(shè)計(jì)的六個(gè)具體空間設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行深入研究,探討在唐人街建立的中國臨終關(guān)懷醫(yī)院的入口空間、等候區(qū)、靈堂、展覽空間、過渡空間和親屬療養(yǎng)空間的具體研究。最后,第五部分主要是本次設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)圖紙和效果圖。包括各層平面、重要的剖面圖和具體空間的效果圖等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly severe trend of population aging and the increasing demand for the quality of death, there is more and more demand for hospice hospitals in the society, but in our country, some hospice hospitals are of poor quality. With the rapid development of reform and opening up and the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the number of Chinese who go abroad to study, work, and live every year has been increasing. When receiving hospice services overseas, this group of Chinese will urgently need hospice hospitals with a Chinese cultural background to provide hospice services. There is an urgent need to establish hospice hospitals with Chinese cultural background overseas. This paper analyzes and studies the existing cases of hospice hospitals at home and abroad through the reading and sorting of relevant documents. To explore the design of a hospice hospital with Chinese cultural background in Chinatown to provide hospice service for overseas Chinese. The main research direction of this topic is to break through the service limitation of the general hospice hospital, the popularization rate of the contemporary hospice concept in the society is not high enough, this design will increase the opening of the hospice hospital. To publicize the importance of hospice care services to the public, and to increase the psychotherapy services of hospice hospitals for bereaved relatives, To help them out of the pain of bereavement. Through the analysis of architectural design systems and materials and research and design of hospice hospital model with Chinese characteristics, Through the design and analysis of the specific functional space of a special medical building, the dimensions of the space are discussed to meet the needs of the user. The main idea of the whole design of the medical building is that "the building should help people through the most difficult time in their lives." The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the design background and history of hospice hospital. The present situation of the construction of hospice hospitals in China, the purpose and significance of the research, and the contents and methods of the research. The second part introduces the general situation of the project, briefly describes the location analysis, base analysis, Population Analysis and Design Concepts. The third part is the study of the main topics. The research and analysis of the design of hospice hospital architecture, the basic design direction, The feasibility of the combination of hospice care medical architecture and Chinese courtyard house system, as well as the basic research and conceptual design of the project design of this subject. The fourth part is the in-depth study of the six specific space designs of this design. This paper discusses the entrance space, waiting area, shrine hall, exhibition space, transition space and relative recuperation space of the Chinese hospice hospital established in Chinatown. The fifth part is mainly the technical drawings and effect drawings of this design, including each layer plane, the important section diagram and the concrete space effect diagram and so on.
