【摘要】：高層綜合體建筑是高密度城市對高效率、集約化追求的產(chǎn)物,它處于建筑與城市之間的過渡狀態(tài),有機(jī)結(jié)合了多種不同的功能空間(商業(yè)、辦公、居住、旅店、展覽、餐飲、會(huì)議、文娛),幾乎與人類的全部生活相關(guān)聯(lián)。它不是單體建筑的簡單放大,而是在有限的城市用地上,對人類社會(huì)生活與空間環(huán)境的高度聚集；利用不同功能空間的協(xié)同發(fā)展,提高工作效率,改善環(huán)境品質(zhì),減輕城市的交通壓力。同時(shí),作為城市的縮微體,也能夠節(jié)省公共設(shè)施的投資,提高土地的利用率,并向城市提供公共活動(dòng)空間,在城市發(fā)展中具有重要的意義。 但是高密度的發(fā)展和多功能的復(fù)合,必然為高層綜合體建筑帶來大量復(fù)雜交叉的交通流線,它的設(shè)計(jì)對保證建筑各功能的便捷使用,維護(hù)生產(chǎn)生活的正常秩序起到至關(guān)重要的作用。因此交通流線組織設(shè)計(jì)也就成為綜合體建筑設(shè)計(jì)中需要解決的關(guān)鍵問題之一。 本文在大量實(shí)地調(diào)研和案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提煉和歸納城市高層綜合體建筑的交通流線組織模式,并結(jié)合圖示闡述不同模式的特點(diǎn),影響因素和適用范圍,從而希望為新時(shí)期城市高層綜合體交通流線組織設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 全文主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容： 1闡述了城市高層綜合體建筑的概念和發(fā)展概況； 2.分析了城市高層綜合體建筑交通流線組織的分類,特征和設(shè)計(jì)重要性； 3.根據(jù)分類,歸納和總結(jié)了城市高層綜合體建筑的各種交通流線組織的空間模式； 4.結(jié)合實(shí)例,說明了交通流線組織的空間模式在設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The high-rise complex building is high density city of high efficiency, product intensive pursuit, it is in a state of transition between the building and the city, combined with a variety of different function space (commercial, office, residential, hotel, exhibition, catering, conference, entertainment), associated with almost all human life. It is not a single body building simple amplification, but in limited city land, a high degree of aggregation of the life and the space environment of human society; the coordinated development of different function space, improve work efficiency, improve the quality of the environment, alleviate the traffic pressure of the city. At the same time, as the city's shrinking bodies, also can save public facilities investment. Increase the land utilization rate, and provide public space to the city, has an important significance in the development of the city.
But the development of high density and multi functions, will bring a lot of complex cross traffic flow for high-rise complex building, it is designed to ensure the convenient use of each building, maintaining the normal order of production and life plays a very important role. So the traffic organization design has become one of the key problems to solve complex design in.
Based on a large number of on-the-spot investigation and case analysis, traffic flow model abstraction and induction of the city complex high-rise building, combined with the characteristics of the different graphic mode, influencing factors and the scope of application, in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for the new era of city high-rise complex traffic organization design.
The full text mainly includes the following aspects:
1 the concept and development of urban high-rise complex architecture are expounded.
2. the classification, characteristics and design importance of urban highrise complex building traffic flow line organization are analyzed.
3. according to the classification, the spatial patterns of various traffic flow lines in the urban high-rise complex are summed up and summarized.
4. combined with an example, the application of the spatial pattern of traffic streamline organization in the design practice is illustrated.
