【摘要】：國家會(huì)展中心(上海)項(xiàng)目因屋頂結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、面積大而造成屋面保溫工程施工困難。通過研究,以具有良好的保溫、隔熱和隔音等性能的泡沫混凝土替代常規(guī)保溫材料作為屋面保溫隔熱材料的應(yīng)用技術(shù),及預(yù)拌泡沫混凝土的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)和長距離泵送澆筑施工技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了TN保溫泡沫混凝土的屋面保溫找坡一體化工程施工,技術(shù)、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益得到良好體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) project is difficult to construct because of the complicated roof structure and large area. Foam concrete with thermal insulation and sound insulation properties is used instead of conventional insulation materials as roof insulation materials, and industrial production of pre-mixed foam concrete and construction technology of long distance pumping pouring, The integrative construction of TN thermal insulation foam concrete roof insulation and slope finding is realized, and the technology, environment and economic benefit are well reflected.
