【摘要】：十二五期間煙臺市城市展覽業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是存在管理機(jī)制不健全、監(jiān)管乏力、配套設(shè)施不完善、辦展企業(yè)實(shí)力弱、會展人在匱乏的問題。為促進(jìn)煙臺市展覽業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,應(yīng)采取健全組織管理機(jī)制、完善配套設(shè)施、提升辦展機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)力和推進(jìn)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的策略。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the exhibition industry in Yantai City developed rapidly, but there are problems such as imperfect management mechanism, weak supervision, imperfect supporting facilities, weak strength of exhibition enterprises and lack of exhibition personnel. In order to promote the healthy development of the exhibition industry in Yantai City, We should adopt the tactics of perfecting the organization management mechanism, perfecting the supporting facilities, enhancing the strength of the exhibition organization and promoting the construction of the talent team.
