【摘要】：文物藏品管理是博物院常規(guī)工作的重要組成,隨著當(dāng)今時(shí)代的發(fā)展,對(duì)博物院的文物藏品管理工作也提出了許多新要求。所以,各個(gè)博物院積極地與時(shí)俱進(jìn),采取有效的措施不斷的提高文物藏品管理工作的水平,增進(jìn)博物院業(yè)務(wù)研究的發(fā)展。但現(xiàn)今文物藏品管理信息系統(tǒng)軟件較為單一,而各個(gè)博物館的實(shí)際情況不同,無法有效的針對(duì)本館的實(shí)際情況作出改變,本文根據(jù)陳嘉庚紀(jì)念館文物藏品管理的實(shí)際情況,提出合理的措施,完善文物藏品的相關(guān)信息,在信息化不斷發(fā)展的今天,以直觀的信息來展現(xiàn)文物藏品,減少由于經(jīng)常調(diào)取文物藏品所造成的破壞,且不斷提高文物藏品檔案的可靠性,以提高文物藏品管理信息工作的水平。論文介紹了陳嘉庚紀(jì)念館文物藏品信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括文物藏品基本信息管理、紀(jì)念館庫房空間管理、文物藏品入庫管理、文物藏品出庫管理、文物藏品借出展覽管理、文物藏品保護(hù)管理、文物藏品查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)管理、系統(tǒng)管理；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The management of cultural relics collection is an important part of the museum's routine work. With the development of the times, many new requirements have been put forward for the museum's cultural relics collection management. Effective measures have been taken to continuously improve the level of cultural relics collection management and to enhance the development of museum business research. However, nowadays, the software of cultural relic collection management information system is relatively single, and the actual situation of each museum is different. Unable to effectively change the actual situation of the museum, according to the actual situation of the management of the cultural relics collection of Chen Jiageng Memorial Hall, this paper puts forward reasonable measures to improve the relevant information of the cultural relics collection, so that today with the continuous development of information technology, Display cultural relics with intuitive information, reduce the damage caused by frequent collection of cultural relics, and continuously improve the reliability of cultural relics archives. In order to improve the level of management information of cultural relics collection, the paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the information management system of cultural relics collection of Chen Jiageng Memorial Hall, and clarifies the content and main work of the paper. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process and so on, and gives the revamped business process, in the function analysis, the paper uses the case analysis and the use case description, in the function analysis, the paper through the use case analysis and the use case description, The functions of the system are defined, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including the basic information management of the cultural relics collection, the space management of the museum storehouse, the management of the entry of the cultural relics collection, the management of the exit of the cultural relics collection, In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with the various functions of the system, and gives the entity class relationship diagram. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
