【摘要】:新城市中心區(qū)位于東莞城市新區(qū)北片區(qū)內(nèi),東臨東莞大道新世紀(jì)豪苑地塊,西以勝和路、元美路為界,南至四環(huán)路,北至體育路、旗峰路。該區(qū)域主要包括行政、文化、金融、會(huì)展、辦公、商業(yè)等功能,是東莞市新城區(qū)的核心構(gòu)架區(qū)。新城市中心區(qū)內(nèi)的行政文化中心區(qū)作為東莞行政文化中心,帶動(dòng)周?chē)虡I(yè)和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,配套設(shè)施日益完善。目前新城市中心區(qū)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段,區(qū)域發(fā)展逐步成熟,作為東莞市城區(qū)最核心的中心區(qū),對(duì)供電可靠性要求高,要求規(guī)劃的定位高。為適應(yīng)該區(qū)域的發(fā)展,為用戶提供安全、可靠、高質(zhì)量的供電服務(wù),就必須要對(duì)新城市中心區(qū)的配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行更深層次的詳細(xì)規(guī)劃。 論文是本人在參與新城市中心區(qū)的配網(wǎng)詳細(xì)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目后完成的。主要通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀配網(wǎng)狀況分析、調(diào)查中心區(qū)內(nèi)10kV配網(wǎng)用戶的用電情況,預(yù)測(cè)各用戶的未來(lái)用電負(fù)荷,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)整個(gè)新城市中心區(qū)的10kV配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)規(guī)劃,分析、規(guī)劃未來(lái)的線路供電分區(qū)、網(wǎng)架結(jié)線方式、線路走向等;并在網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了配電自動(dòng)化建設(shè)規(guī)劃,包括了自動(dòng)化建設(shè)目標(biāo),一次設(shè)備改造方案,自動(dòng)化終端配置方案,通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)等內(nèi)容。以上二部分規(guī)劃為新城市中心區(qū)近期及中遠(yuǎn)期的配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)改造提供切實(shí)可行的指導(dǎo)。 本論文充分調(diào)查分析了國(guó)內(nèi)配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合新城市中心區(qū)的實(shí)際狀況,通過(guò)科學(xué)理論計(jì)算與分析進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,最終規(guī)劃方案經(jīng)過(guò)校內(nèi)外導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)以及許多配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃專(zhuān)家和經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的運(yùn)行技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行反復(fù)討論修正后得出,實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)用一流技術(shù)規(guī)劃一流電網(wǎng)的目標(biāo),充分體現(xiàn)了規(guī)劃的高度科學(xué)性和前瞻性。
[Abstract]:The center of the new city is located in the north of Dongguan City New District. It is located in the east of Dongguan Avenue. It is bounded by Shing Wo Road in the west, Yuanmei Road in the west, four Ring Road in the south, sports road in the north, and Qi Feng Road in the north. This area mainly includes administration, culture, and finance. The functions of exhibition, office, commerce and so on are the core frame areas of the new urban area of Dongguan. The administrative and cultural center of the new city center serves as the administrative and cultural center of Dongguan, driving the rapid development of the surrounding commercial and real estate industries. The supporting facilities are becoming more and more perfect. At present, the central district of the new city has entered the stage of rapid development, and the regional development has gradually matured. As the core central district of Dongguan City, it requires high reliability of power supply. In order to adapt to the development of this area and to provide safe, reliable and high quality power supply service for users, it is necessary to plan the distribution network of the new urban center in a deeper level and in detail. The thesis is completed after participating in the detailed planning project of distribution network in the new central district. By analyzing the status of distribution network, investigating the power consumption of 10 kV distribution network users in the central area, forecasting the future power load of each user, On this basis, the 10kV distribution network of the whole central district of the new city is planned, analyzed and planned in the future. And on the basis of the grid planning, the construction planning of distribution automation is carried out, including the automation construction goal, the primary equipment reconstruction scheme, the automatic terminal configuration scheme, The above two parts provide practical guidance for the construction and reconstruction of distribution network in the near and medium term of the new urban center. This paper makes a full investigation and analysis of the structural characteristics of the domestic distribution network, and combines the actual situation of the new urban center area, through scientific theoretical calculation and analysis to carry out the planning. The final planning plan is obtained after repeated discussions and revisions of many distribution network planning experts and experienced operation technicians under the guidance of tutors inside and outside the school. The goal of using first-class technology to plan first-class power grids has been achieved. Fully reflect the planning of a highly scientific and forward-looking.
