臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游市場(chǎng)特征及影響因素研究

【摘要】:商務(wù)旅游已成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的脈搏,是近年來(lái)旅游行業(yè)發(fā)展的重中之重。在經(jīng)歷了2008年的“大落”和2009年的“大調(diào)”后,商旅客人在旅游市場(chǎng)的作用越來(lái)越重要。在中國(guó),一些旅游業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)如北京、上海、廣州、深圳、蘇州等城市的商務(wù)旅游已呈現(xiàn)良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,帶動(dòng)了地方經(jīng)濟(jì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,有著良好的標(biāo)桿效應(yīng),因此大力發(fā)展商務(wù)旅游已成為許多城市促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要選擇之一。 臺(tái)州位于浙江省中部沿海,市區(qū)由椒江、黃巖、路橋3個(gè)區(qū)組成,轄臨海、溫嶺2個(gè)縣級(jí)市和玉環(huán)、天臺(tái)、仙居、三門(mén)4個(gè)縣。2008年臺(tái)州被評(píng)為中國(guó)優(yōu)秀旅游城市。臺(tái)州是中國(guó)民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)祥地,曾獲中國(guó)最佳商業(yè)城市,路橋區(qū)是臺(tái)州和浙東南商貿(mào)中心。臺(tái)州獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,使臺(tái)州具備了良好的商務(wù)旅游資源,商務(wù)旅游在臺(tái)州整個(gè)旅游業(yè)的比重必將會(huì)逐漸增加。但是由于商務(wù)旅游發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的欠缺,政策體制以及商務(wù)旅游環(huán)境自身的一些問(wèn)題,目前臺(tái)州的商務(wù)旅游仍處于起步與摸索階段,一定程度影響了商務(wù)旅游發(fā)展的進(jìn)程。 本文以臺(tái)州為例,在大量文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)地考察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者運(yùn)用顧客滿(mǎn)意度理論、旅游營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略、長(zhǎng)尾理論等探討了臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游客源市場(chǎng)的基本特征,分析了臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游市場(chǎng)的存在問(wèn)題及影響因素,提出商務(wù)旅游發(fā)展思路與建議。通過(guò)本文研究,筆者希望能引起旅游行業(yè)部門(mén)的關(guān)注,積極研究分析臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游市場(chǎng),設(shè)計(jì)出符合市場(chǎng)需求的商務(wù)旅游產(chǎn)品,打響商務(wù)旅游品牌,挖掘臺(tái)州新的旅游增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)、提高旅游產(chǎn)品檔次,拓展和壯大旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展空間,進(jìn)一步提高臺(tái)州旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體形象。 本研究共分五個(gè)章節(jié):第一章為緒論部分,系統(tǒng)介紹研究目的、研究意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法及相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)研究的同時(shí),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)界研究情況進(jìn)行了梳理。第二章主要研究臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游發(fā)展概況。第三章對(duì)臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游客源市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了分析。第四章主要探討臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游存在問(wèn)題及影響因素。第五章提出了臺(tái)州商務(wù)旅游發(fā)展的對(duì)策與展望。
[Abstract]:Business tourism has become the pulse of global economic development and the top priority of the tourism industry in recent years. After the "big fall" in 2008 and the "major major" in 2009, the role of business visitors in the tourism market has become increasingly important. In some developed tourist regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou and other cities, business tourism has shown a good momentum of development, which has led the development of local economy and industry, and has a good benchmarking effect. Therefore, the development of business tourism has become an important choice for many cities to promote tourism and economic and social development. Taizhou is located on the central coast of Zhejiang Province. The urban area is composed of Jiaojiang, Huang Yan and Luqiao districts. It has jurisdiction over two county-level cities, Linhai and Wenling, and Yuhuan, rooftop and Xianju. In 2008, Taizhou was named China's excellent tourist city. Taizhou is the birthplace of China's private economy and has won the best commercial city in China. Luqiao District is the trade center of Taizhou and southeastern Zhejiang. Taizhou's unique economic model and level of economic development have enabled Taizhou to have good business tourism resources. The proportion of business tourism in the whole tourism industry in Taizhou is bound to increase gradually. However, due to the lack of experience in the development of business tourism, some problems in the policy system and the business tourism environment itself, At present, Taizhou's business tourism is still in its infancy and groping stage, which affects the development of business tourism to some extent. Taking Taizhou as an example, on the basis of a large number of literature studies, field investigations and questionnaires, the author discusses the basic characteristics of Taizhou business tourism source market by means of customer satisfaction theory, tourism marketing strategy, long tail theory, etc. This paper analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of Taizhou business tourism market, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the development of business tourism. Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to arouse the attention of the tourism industry departments, and to study and analyze the Taizhou business tourism market actively. To design business tourism products that meet the needs of the market, to create business tourism brands, to tap new tourism growth points in Taizhou, to raise the level of tourism products, and to expand and expand the development space of the tourism industry. Further improve the overall image of Taizhou tourism industry. This research is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, which systematically introduces the research purpose, research significance, research content, research methods and related concepts and theoretical basis research. The second chapter mainly studies the development of Taizhou business tourism. Chapter 3 analyzes Taizhou business tourism market. Chapter 4th mainly discusses Taizhou business tourism. Chapter 5th puts forward the countermeasures and prospects of Taizhou business tourism development.
