【摘要】:本研究首先針對(duì)展品信息可達(dá)性建立了評(píng)估指標(biāo),并將其進(jìn)行定量指數(shù)化,然后基于建立的評(píng)估體系進(jìn)行了一個(gè)實(shí)證研究。研究首先采用多指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)價(jià),構(gòu)建一個(gè)合理、有效、可行、可信展品信息可達(dá)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)模型,并采用效用函數(shù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)確定各指標(biāo)的效用函數(shù)和權(quán)值,形成完整的展品信息可達(dá)性評(píng)估指標(biāo)與定量指數(shù)體系。最后針對(duì)建立的指標(biāo)和指數(shù)體系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。本研究不關(guān)注展品的形式、內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)制作過(guò)程和管理情況,只聚焦于展品信息傳播結(jié)果的評(píng)估。本研究建立的評(píng)估指標(biāo)模型有三個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),分別為:展品吸引觀眾情況、展品信息傳播效果和觀眾滿意度,各指標(biāo)下分二級(jí)或三級(jí)指標(biāo),模型對(duì)最末級(jí)指標(biāo)都進(jìn)行了指數(shù)化。評(píng)估指標(biāo)與指數(shù)體系簡(jiǎn)潔明了,具有較強(qiáng)的操作性,且結(jié)果簡(jiǎn)單并具有可比性。本研究建立的評(píng)估體系除應(yīng)用于單一展品外,還可應(yīng)用于主題相對(duì)集中的小型展覽的評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:In this study, we first set up an evaluation index for the accessibility of exhibits' information, and then quantitatively indexed it, then carried out an empirical study based on the established evaluation system. Effective, feasible, credible exhibits information reachability evaluation index model, and use utility function comprehensive evaluation to determine the utility function and weight of each index, Finally, an empirical study on the established index and index system is carried out. This study does not pay attention to the form, content, design and manufacture process and management of the exhibits. The evaluation index model established in this study has three first-level indicators, which are: audience attraction, information dissemination effect and audience satisfaction, and each index can be divided into two or three indicators. The evaluation index and index system are simple and clear, and the results are simple and comparable. The evaluation system established in this study is not only applied to a single exhibit, but also applicable to a single exhibit. It can also be applied to the evaluation of small exhibitions with relatively concentrated themes.
