【摘要】： 會(huì)展業(yè)被譽(yù)為21世紀(jì)“朝陽無煙產(chǎn)業(yè)”,其已成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。會(huì)展業(yè)除了能為舉辦國(guó)家(地區(qū))或城市帶來巨大的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益之外,還能加強(qiáng)國(guó)家(地區(qū))與外界的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、政治外交以及文化交流,提升國(guó)家(地區(qū))的國(guó)際知名度,因此,會(huì)展業(yè)被稱為“觸摸世界的窗口”。 中國(guó)的改革開放為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶來前所未有的促進(jìn)作用。隨著改革開放的到來以及會(huì)展業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,會(huì)展業(yè)與對(duì)外開放之間有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系。會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展是我國(guó)實(shí)行對(duì)外開放的一個(gè)重要的平臺(tái)。 本文以國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為理論依據(jù),采取比較分析、歷史分析、歸納以及實(shí)證分析等方法,論述中國(guó)會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀及其功能作用；并運(yùn)用多個(gè)重大會(huì)展活動(dòng)為案例分析,重點(diǎn)分析了會(huì)展業(yè)在中國(guó)對(duì)外開放中所發(fā)揮的功能與作用,認(rèn)為在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面,會(huì)展業(yè)有利于促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展、促進(jìn)區(qū)域合作與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；在政治方面,會(huì)展業(yè)為中國(guó)政治外交提供平等交流的平臺(tái),加快中國(guó)以及各大城市的國(guó)際化步伐；在文化方面,會(huì)展業(yè)為優(yōu)化文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和促進(jìn)各種文化交流鋪墊了契機(jī)。兩者的發(fā)展是相輔相成、相互促進(jìn),會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展促進(jìn)對(duì)外開放,對(duì)外開放的深化推動(dòng)會(huì)展業(yè)的進(jìn)一步繁榮；最后,對(duì)影響中國(guó)會(huì)展業(yè)在我國(guó)對(duì)外開放中進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮其功能與作用的因素進(jìn)行了分析闡述。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the exhibition industry is known as "sunrise smokeless industry", which has become a new growth point of the national economy and an important part of the tertiary industry. It can also strengthen the economic and trade cooperation, political diplomacy and cultural exchange between the country and the outside world, and enhance the international popularity of the country. Therefore, the exhibition industry is called "window of touching the world". China's reform and opening up has brought unprecedented impetus to China's economic development. With the advent of reform and opening up and the continuous development of the exhibition industry, The development of exhibition industry is an important platform for China to open to the outside world. Based on the theory of international political economy, this paper discusses the development and present situation of China's convention and exhibition industry and its function by means of comparative analysis, historical analysis, induction and empirical analysis. Using several major exhibition activities as case studies, this paper focuses on the functions and functions of the exhibition industry in China's opening up to the outside world, and holds that, in economic terms, the exhibition industry is conducive to promoting the development of foreign trade. To promote regional cooperation and coordinated development; in the political field, the exhibition industry provides China with a platform for equal exchanges in political diplomacy and speeds up the internationalization of China and major cities; and, in the cultural field, The development of convention and exhibition industry provides an opportunity for optimizing the development of cultural industry and promoting various cultural exchanges. The development of the two industries is complementary and mutually reinforcing. The development of exhibition industry promotes the opening up to the outside world and the deepening of opening up to the outside world promotes the further prosperity of the exhibition industry. Finally, the factors influencing the function and function of China's convention and exhibition industry in the opening up to the outside world are analyzed and expounded.
