【摘要】:在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中,空心鋼管以其優(yōu)美的外形和合理的受力性能在會(huì)展中心、機(jī)場航站樓、火車站等大型建筑中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。近年來地震災(zāi)害頻繁發(fā)生,給世界各國造成了巨大的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。為應(yīng)對(duì)地震災(zāi)害,學(xué)者們提出了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)理論,這一理論在世界各國得到了普遍認(rèn)同,是未來抗震設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展方向。基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)理論首先要求對(duì)梁、柱、節(jié)點(diǎn)等的抗震性能進(jìn)行評(píng)估,然后再對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體抗震性能進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。然而在管節(jié)點(diǎn)性能方面,國內(nèi)外的研究多限于靜力性能,對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)在往復(fù)荷載作用下滯回性能的研究開展較少,尤其在CR節(jié)點(diǎn)的滯回性能方面至今還沒有涉及。 據(jù)此,本文應(yīng)用ANSYS有限元程序,采用典型模型和大量參數(shù)分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)Y形和X形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)的滯回性能進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析。典型節(jié)點(diǎn)分析時(shí),確定有限元分析的一些影響因素,如焊縫、邊界條件等。參數(shù)分析時(shí),找到節(jié)點(diǎn)滯回性能在幾何參數(shù)變化、材料參數(shù)變化以及弦桿預(yù)加軸力等情況下的變化規(guī)律,并通過節(jié)點(diǎn)的滯回曲線、骨架曲線、滯回環(huán)面積和能量耗散系數(shù)等評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)Y形和X形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估。 本文將Y形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)分別與相應(yīng)的T形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)、Y形RR節(jié)點(diǎn)以及X形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,對(duì)幾種節(jié)點(diǎn)的滯回性能進(jìn)行了比較評(píng)價(jià)。本文還對(duì)Y形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)的數(shù)值結(jié)果和足尺試件的擬靜力試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了應(yīng)用ANSYS有限元程序進(jìn)行管節(jié)點(diǎn)在往復(fù)荷載作用下力學(xué)性能研究的可行性。除此,本文通過大量有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果,對(duì)Y形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)與對(duì)應(yīng)的Y形RR節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,數(shù)值回歸了兩者承載力比值的函數(shù)表達(dá)式,為完善Y形CR節(jié)點(diǎn)的工程設(shè)計(jì)提供了一些有益參考。
[Abstract]:Hollow steel tubes are widely used in large buildings such as convention and exhibition center, airport terminal, railway station and so on because of their beautiful shape and reasonable mechanical properties. In recent years, earthquake disasters occur frequently. In order to deal with the earthquake disaster, scholars put forward the performance-based seismic design theory, which is generally accepted in the world. The theory of performance-based seismic design requires the evaluation of seismic performance of beams, columns and joints, and then the comprehensive evaluation of the overall seismic performance of the structure. Most of the researches at home and abroad are limited to static performance. There are few researches on the hysteretic performance of joints under reciprocating load, especially on the hysteretic performance of CR joints. Therefore, the hysteretic performance of Y-shaped and X-shaped CR joints is numerically simulated by using the ANSYS finite element program, using a typical model and a large number of parameter analysis methods. Some influencing factors of finite element analysis, such as weld seam and boundary condition, are determined. When parameter analysis is carried out, the variation of hysteretic performance of joints under geometric parameters, material parameters and pre-axial force of chord is found. The seismic performance of Y-shaped and X-shaped CR joints is evaluated by hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, hysteresis loop area and energy dissipation coefficient. In this paper, the Y-shaped CR node is compared with the corresponding T-shaped CR node, the Y-shaped RR node and the X-shaped CR node, respectively. The hysteretic performance of several joints is compared and evaluated. The numerical results of Y-shaped CR joints are compared with the quasi-static test results of full-scale specimens. The feasibility of using ANSYS finite element program to study the mechanical properties of pipe joints under reciprocating load is verified. In addition, the bearing capacity relationship between Y CR joints and corresponding Y RR joints is studied by a large number of finite element calculation results. The function expression of the ratio of the bearing capacity of the two is regressed, which provides some useful references for the improvement of the engineering design of Y-shaped CR joints.
