大跨度張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能分析與施工過程控制研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟建設的需求和人們生活水平的提高,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)越來越向著高層、大空間、大跨度方向發(fā)展,如國家體育館,上海浦東國際機場候機樓,廣州國際會議展覽中心,深圳會議展覽中心,南京國際博覽中心等投資使用,都體現(xiàn)大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)已成為建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中最重要與最活躍的發(fā)展領(lǐng)域之一。張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,傳力明確,施工方便快捷和建筑造型與結(jié)構(gòu)布置能完美結(jié)合等優(yōu)勢,更受建筑師的青睞。 但是目前對張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)理論研究,尤其是結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析與施工過程相結(jié)合的系統(tǒng)分析落后于實際工程應用,因此,有必要對此進一步加以分析和研究,提出更為合理的設計、施工和優(yōu)化方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上可以建造技術(shù)先進、經(jīng)濟合理、安全適用的大跨度張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)。為此本文是以廣東省珠海市某學校體育館屋蓋(張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu))為工程背景,綜合分析張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)靜力和地震荷載作用下受力特性,從預應力優(yōu)化提出對張弦梁改進方案,同時還進行了施工全過程仿真模擬,提出施工過程控制指標。本文主要研究內(nèi)容和得出結(jié)論如下: ①通過收集、整理張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)資料,運用SAP2000計算分析軟件對實際模型進行合理簡化,并建立多個工況下的模型,為后續(xù)計算做準備; ②運用SAP2000計算分析軟件,對張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)進行靜力和地震荷載作用下受力特性分析,得出風荷載對結(jié)構(gòu)是有利的和地震作用對該張弦桁架設計不起控制作用相關(guān)結(jié)論; ③查閱相關(guān)資料,計算分析張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu),確定預應力合理取值,并對張弦桁架的拉索預應力優(yōu)化; ④從控制張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)高度來改進預應力張弦梁,并考慮結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性; ⑤對該工程結(jié)構(gòu)選取相應的施工方案,并對其施工全過程模擬分析,重點分析拉索張拉過程和吊裝過程,提出施工過程控制指標; 希望本文的研究成果能對張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)設計、施工過程計算控制提供有用的幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the demand of our country's economic construction and the improvement of people's living standard, the building structure is developing more and more in the direction of tall building, large space and long span, such as the National Stadium, the terminal building of Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, Nanjing International Expo Center, etc. Both show that long span steel structure has become one of the most important and active development fields in building structure. Beam string structure has the advantages of simple structure, clear transmission of force, convenient construction and perfect combination of architectural modeling and structural arrangement, etc. More favored by architects. But at present, the theoretical study of beam string structure, especially the systematic analysis of structural stress analysis and construction process, lags behind the actual engineering application. Therefore, it is necessary to further analyze and study this, and put forward a more reasonable design. On the basis of the construction and optimization methods, the long-span beam string structure with advanced technology, reasonable economy, safety and applicability can be constructed. This paper takes the roof of a school gymnasium (Zhang Xian truss structure) in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province as the engineering background. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the static and seismic load characteristics of Zhang Xian truss structure, the improvement scheme of beam string is put forward from the point of prestress optimization. At the same time, the simulation of the whole construction process is also carried out. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:. 1 through collecting and arranging the structure data of beam string, using SAP2000 calculation and analysis software to simplify the actual model reasonably, and set up the model under many working conditions, so as to prepare for the subsequent calculation; (2) by using the software of SAP2000 calculation and analysis, the static and seismic load characteristics of the beam string structure are analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that the wind load is beneficial to the structure and that the seismic action can not control the design of the Zhang Xian truss. (3) consult the relevant data, calculate and analyze Zhang Xian truss structure, determine the reasonable value of prestress, and optimize the cable prestress of Zhang Xian truss; (4) improving the prestressed beam string by controlling the height of the beam string structure, and considering the overall stability of the structure; (5) selecting the corresponding construction scheme for the structure of the project, and simulating the whole construction process, focusing on the analysis of the process of cable tension and hoisting, and putting forward the control index of the construction process; It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide useful help for the design of beam string structure and the calculation control of construction process.
