【摘要】：會(huì)展業(yè)作為服務(wù)業(yè)的重要內(nèi)容,在提升國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值,增強(qiáng)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,尤其是在促進(jìn)就業(yè)、帶動(dòng)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了越來(lái)越重要的積極作用。會(huì)展企業(yè)在面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過(guò)程中,唯有從管理創(chuàng)新服務(wù)中來(lái)迎接挑戰(zhàn)。本文將從會(huì)展企業(yè)創(chuàng)新服務(wù)管理中的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,就管理創(chuàng)新與績(jī)效機(jī)制展開(kāi)探討,并從會(huì)展企業(yè)創(chuàng)新管理服務(wù)實(shí)踐中提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the service industry, the convention and exhibition industry is increasing the gross national product (GNP) and enhancing international competitiveness, especially in promoting employment. It plays a more and more important role in promoting the coordinated development of regional economic industry. Only from the management innovation service to meet the challenge. This paper will analyze the influencing factors of the exhibition enterprise innovation service management, and discuss the management innovation and performance mechanism. And from the exhibition enterprise innovation management service practice puts forward the improvement countermeasure and the suggestion.
