【摘要】：現(xiàn)代城市建筑綜合體功能復(fù)合、類型繁雜。形成的綜合體建筑類型也非常多,城市文化綜合體便是其中的典型。文化建筑綜合體是指具有多種功能的連接和以多功能復(fù)合為特征并具有一體化設(shè)計(jì)的主題化建筑綜合體,其主要功能包括影劇院、展覽展示空間、綜合文化藝術(shù)館(少年宮,科技館,藝術(shù)館,美術(shù)館等)、商業(yè)餐飲等以為文化為主導(dǎo)的綜合體建筑。文化建筑綜合體是時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,是隨著現(xiàn)代民眾文化生活的需求,現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)和現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展導(dǎo)致的現(xiàn)代生活方式(高效率、高情感、多樣化)改變而衍生出來的類型建筑。并隨著城市與建筑關(guān)系的演進(jìn),文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部公共空間將更有可能承擔(dān)起城市空間的角色,這些都使文化建筑綜合體的內(nèi)部公共空間設(shè)計(jì)較之其他大型的公共建筑更為復(fù)雜和獨(dú)特。同一時(shí)刻,由于人們生活習(xí)慣和行為心理的變化,使他們對(duì)文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部公共空間的物質(zhì)、精神、情感的要求日益提高,這又使得文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部空間環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)面臨著更高的挑戰(zhàn)。 文章在闡述城市文化綜體本質(zhì)特征的基礎(chǔ)上,指出文化綜合體內(nèi)部公共空間是一種介于文化展示區(qū)與外部街道之間的過渡空間,具有開放性和滲透性特質(zhì),是公共活動(dòng)的場(chǎng)所和區(qū)域。它給疏散、休憩、停留、聚會(huì)及進(jìn)行某些文化商業(yè)活動(dòng)提供了適宜的環(huán)境和場(chǎng)所,是文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部不可或缺且尤為重要的組成部分。文章結(jié)合大量最新的國內(nèi)外實(shí)例,對(duì)我國文化建筑綜合體的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行研究,首先分析了文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部空間的類型、組織、構(gòu)成和內(nèi)部功能空間及公共空間的設(shè)計(jì);然后主要是探析文化綜合體內(nèi)部公共空間的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)其空間功能、空間組成、交通引導(dǎo)、空間組織進(jìn)了分析歸納,對(duì)文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部公共空間的環(huán)境塑造進(jìn)行探討,提出整體化、人性化的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法。 最后,結(jié)合二十一世紀(jì)社會(huì)與科技的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部公共空間環(huán)境的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)作出有根據(jù)的推理和分析。通過本文的探討,以期對(duì)文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部公共空間環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)與創(chuàng)作有所啟發(fā),從而創(chuàng)造出更多符合現(xiàn)代生活的方式,富有精神和物質(zhì)內(nèi)涵的文化建筑綜合體內(nèi)部空間環(huán)境,進(jìn)而滿足和引導(dǎo)整個(gè)城市社會(huì)文化的需求與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Modern urban buildings have complex functions and complex types. There are also many types of complex buildings. The urban cultural complex is the typical one. The cultural architecture complex refers to the themed architectural complex with multiple functions, which is characterized by multi-function compound and integrated design. Its main functions include the cinema, the main function of which is the film theatre, the main function of which is the film theater, the main function of which is the film theater. The exhibition space, the comprehensive cultural and art museum (the Children's Palace, the Science and Technology Museum, the Art Museum, the Art Museum, the Commercial Catering and so on) are considered as culture-oriented complex buildings. The cultural architecture complex is the product of the times. It is a type of architecture derived from the change of modern life style (high efficiency, high emotion, diversity) due to the demand of modern people's cultural life, the development of modern production and modern science and technology, and the evolution of the relationship between city and architecture. The public space within the cultural complex will be more likely to assume the role of urban space, which makes the design of the internal public space of the cultural complex more complex and unique than that of other large public buildings. As a result of the changes in people's living habits and behavioral psychology, their demands on the material, spiritual and emotional aspects of the public space within the complex of cultural buildings are increasing day by day. This, in turn, makes the design of the interior space environment of the cultural complex facing higher challenges. On the basis of expounding the essential characteristics of urban culture comprehensive body, this paper points out that the internal public space of the cultural complex is a transitional space between the cultural exhibition area and the outer street, which has the characteristics of openness and permeability. It is the place and area of public activities. It provides a suitable environment and place for evacuation, rest, stay, gathering and certain cultural and commercial activities, It is an indispensable and especially important part in the complex of cultural architecture. This paper studies the development of the complex of cultural architecture in our country with a large number of latest examples at home and abroad. This paper first analyzes the types, organization, composition and internal function space and the design of public space of the cultural complex, and then mainly analyzes the design of the internal public space of the cultural complex, and analyzes the space function and space composition of the inner space of the cultural complex. Traffic guidance and spatial organization are analyzed and summarized. The environmental shaping of the public space inside the complex of cultural buildings is discussed, and the design principles and methods of integration and humanization are put forward. Finally, according to the development of society and science and technology in 21th century, this paper makes a reasonable reasoning and analysis of the development trend of the public space environment inside the cultural complex. In order to enlighten the design and creation of the public space environment inside the complex of cultural architecture, so as to create more inner space environment of the complex of cultural architecture which accords with the way of modern life and is full of spiritual and material connotations. And then meet and guide the entire urban social and cultural needs and development.
