【摘要】：通用航空旅游是依托通用航空器的游憩形式,在國(guó)外一些國(guó)家和地區(qū)尤其是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家較為盛行,但在我國(guó)仍屬于新興的旅游業(yè)態(tài)。伴隨著低空空域改革進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)和人們生活水平的提高,將迎來(lái)通用航空旅游消費(fèi)需求的旺盛。然而在理論和實(shí)踐都缺乏的情況下,如何更好的認(rèn)識(shí)通用航空旅游,選擇什么方式發(fā)展通用航空旅游成為通用航空旅游發(fā)展的首要問(wèn)題�；诖�,本文將通用航空旅游作為選題進(jìn)行探索性研究,對(duì)解決以上問(wèn)題具有重要的意義。 本文試圖構(gòu)建一個(gè)通用航空旅游的研究框架,從通用航空旅游的概念探討入手,重點(diǎn)研究通用航空旅游系統(tǒng)和發(fā)展模式,最后研究了陜西省的通用航空旅游發(fā)展。 論文首先探討了通用航空旅游的概念、特證和分類(lèi),并對(duì)通用航空旅游的一些基本問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和概述；基于相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論構(gòu)建了通用航空旅游系統(tǒng)模型,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)和多個(gè)系統(tǒng)基本要素進(jìn)行了闡釋?zhuān)会槍?duì)通用航空旅游的發(fā)展提出四種發(fā)展模式,通過(guò)構(gòu)建通用航空旅游發(fā)展模式評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和模式選擇評(píng)價(jià)模型,并運(yùn)用三角模糊數(shù)和熵權(quán)組合賦權(quán)的方法分別計(jì)算出四種模式的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,為通用航空旅游發(fā)展模式選擇提供具體的方法；最后對(duì)陜西省的通用航空旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,通過(guò)調(diào)查評(píng)析了通用航空旅游系統(tǒng)態(tài)勢(shì),并進(jìn)行了模式選擇的綜合評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果顯示陜西的通用航空旅游發(fā)展適合航空產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén)推動(dòng)的發(fā)展模式,并就發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題提出了建議。
[Abstract]:General aviation tourism is a form of recreation relying on general purpose aircraft, which is popular in some foreign countries and regions, especially in developed countries. However, it is still a new tourism industry in our country. With the advancement of the reform process of low-altitude airspace and the improvement of people's living standard. General aviation tourism consumption will welcome the exuberant demand. However, in the absence of theory and practice, how to better understand the general aviation tourism. To choose what way to develop general aviation tourism has become the most important issue in the development of general aviation tourism. Based on this, this paper makes an exploratory study on general aviation tourism as a topic. It is of great significance to solve the above problems. This paper attempts to build a general aviation tourism research framework, starting with the concept of general aviation tourism, focusing on the general aviation tourism system and development model. Finally, the development of general aviation tourism in Shaanxi Province is studied. Firstly, the paper discusses the concept, special license and classification of general aviation tourism, and summarizes and summarizes some basic problems of general aviation tourism. Based on the relevant basic theories, the general aviation tourism system model is constructed, and the four subsystems and several basic elements of the system are explained. Aiming at the development of general aviation tourism, this paper puts forward four development models, and constructs the evaluation index system and model selection evaluation model of general aviation tourism development model. The index weights of the four models are calculated by the combination of triangular fuzzy number and entropy weight, which provides a specific method for the selection of general aviation tourism development model. Finally, the author makes an empirical study on the development of general aviation tourism in Shaanxi Province, evaluates the situation of general aviation tourism system through investigation, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the mode selection. The results show that the development of general aviation tourism in Shaanxi is suitable for the development mode promoted by the aviation industry department, and some suggestions are put forward on the problems existing in the development.
