【摘要】: 基坑工程開挖過程中,對支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的變形分析和基坑支護(hù)方案風(fēng)險因素分析十分重要,這不僅關(guān)系到基坑的安全施工,也對促進(jìn)我國基坑工程領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)發(fā)展意義重大。本論文的選題來源于鄭州會展賓館基坑工程。建成后的鄭州會展賓館將達(dá)到280米,是河南省內(nèi)最高的建筑物,該基坑也是我國中部地區(qū)極具代表性的工程項目,具有規(guī)模大、開挖深及周邊施工環(huán)境復(fù)雜的特點,對該基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行變形分析研究很有必要。 在完成了理論知識的儲備,查閱了大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工程項目實際,主要將開展以下工作: 基坑在設(shè)計初期擬采用兩種方案,一種是樁錨支護(hù)方案,另一種是樁撐支護(hù)方案。論文分別從工期、變形計算和造價等方面對兩種方案進(jìn)行比選,最終得出最佳方案,和專家聯(lián)合論證的方案進(jìn)行對比,并就所選方案中存在的風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行分析;迎h(huán)境風(fēng)險不僅包括基坑周圍環(huán)境所帶來的不確定因素,也包括基坑支護(hù)方案自身所隱含的風(fēng)險因素。論文利用巖土工程數(shù)值模擬軟件FLAC3D對基坑所面臨的環(huán)境風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了模擬預(yù)測,主要對各個工況下的地表沉降、護(hù)坡樁樁體的深層水平位移及支撐軸力進(jìn)行計算模擬,并對模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。 通過對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的整理,從基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)中內(nèi)支撐的軸力、支護(hù)樁頂水平位移和支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)深層水平位移三個角度對基坑樁撐支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行分析,找出數(shù)據(jù)反映的規(guī)律和趨勢,并與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,針對相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行分析論述。 針對基坑支護(hù)方案在基坑變形、降水設(shè)計和支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)變形等方面存在的風(fēng)險因素提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施。當(dāng)不確定因素對基坑安全造成事實性危害時,提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險處置措施。 論文系統(tǒng)研究了基坑工程支護(hù)方案的風(fēng)險因素,從數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測兩個方面分析了風(fēng)險因素對基坑工程的影響,對促進(jìn)我國基坑工程施工技術(shù)和風(fēng)險管理發(fā)展提供一點借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the excavation process of foundation pit, it is very important to analyze the deformation of supporting structure and the risk factors of foundation pit support scheme, which is not only related to the safe construction of foundation pit. It is also of great significance to promote the technical development of foundation pit engineering in China. The topic of this paper comes from the foundation pit project of Zhengzhou Convention and Exhibition Hotel. After the completion of the project, the Zhengzhou Exhibition Hotel will reach 280 meters. It is the tallest building in Henan Province. The foundation pit is also a representative project in the central part of China. It has the characteristics of large scale, deep excavation and complex surrounding construction environment. It is necessary to analyze the deformation of the foundation pit supporting structure. On the basis of completing the reserve of theoretical knowledge, consulting a lot of literature and combining with the actual engineering project, the following work will be carried out: In the early design of foundation pit, two schemes are proposed, one is pile-anchor support scheme, the other is pile-braced support scheme. This paper compares the two schemes from the aspects of time limit, deformation calculation and cost. Finally, the best scheme is obtained, compared with the scheme jointly demonstrated by experts, and the risk factors in the selected scheme are analyzed. The environmental risk of foundation pit not only includes the uncertain factors brought about by the surrounding environment of foundation pit. It also includes the risk factors implied by the foundation pit support scheme. The paper uses the geotechnical engineering numerical simulation software FLAC3D to simulate and predict the environmental risk faced by the foundation pit. The surface settlement, deep horizontal displacement and supporting axial force of slope protection pile are calculated and simulated, and the simulation results are analyzed. Through the collation of the monitoring data, this paper analyzes the supporting scheme of foundation pit from three angles: the axial force of the internal support, the horizontal displacement of the supporting pile top and the deep horizontal displacement of the supporting structure. Find out the law and trend of data reflection, and compare with the numerical simulation results, and analyze and discuss the related problems. Aiming at the risk factors of foundation pit deformation, dewatering design and supporting structure deformation, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, when uncertain factors cause factual harm to foundation pit safety. Put forward the corresponding risk disposal measures. The paper systematically studies the risk factors of foundation pit engineering support scheme, and analyzes the influence of risk factors on foundation pit engineering from two aspects of numerical simulation and field monitoring. It can be used for reference to promote the construction technology and risk management development of foundation pit engineering in China.
