【摘要】：我國(guó)正大力發(fā)展社會(huì)主義文化事業(yè),區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館與基層群眾關(guān)系密切,可以直接向基層群眾普及文化知識(shí),提高他們的文化素養(yǎng)。區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館與省市級(jí)博物館不同,主要反映本區(qū)域的地理人文,是地方綜合性博物館。藏品主要與地方文化有關(guān)系,藏品征集的主要途徑有：考古發(fā)掘、田野采集、社會(huì)調(diào)查征集、接受捐贈(zèng)、調(diào)撥等。陳列展覽以本地區(qū)歷史文化為中心,反映區(qū)域發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館的發(fā)展水平參差不齊,從建國(guó)初期“縣縣建博物館”,到現(xiàn)在區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館注重藏品質(zhì)量和展覽質(zhì)量。區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館在藏品管理、展覽陳列、藏品研究等方面的工作都需要改進(jìn)。筆者調(diào)查走訪南京市江寧區(qū)博物館、高淳區(qū)博物館、溧水區(qū)博物館、六合區(qū)博物館。江寧區(qū)博物館地理位置較好,人流量多,展覽質(zhì)量高,但是科研能力欠佳。高淳區(qū)博物館地理位置較差,人流量中等,缺乏臨時(shí)展覽,人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)發(fā)展較緩慢。溧水區(qū)博物館運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況欠佳,但能堅(jiān)持做好博物館日常管理工作,積極開展社教活動(dòng)。六合區(qū)博物館新館正在興建中。通過(guò)對(duì)南京四個(gè)區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館的調(diào)查,筆者得出區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館生存現(xiàn)狀,與當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)及財(cái)政狀況、歷史文化遺存的保護(hù)、區(qū)域領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視程度、博物館館長(zhǎng)的素質(zhì)能力、人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)等多方面因素有關(guān)的結(jié)論。為了促進(jìn)區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館的未來(lái)發(fā)展,館長(zhǎng)需要爭(zhēng)取區(qū)域領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持,讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)注文化事業(yè)發(fā)展,并投入財(cái)政建設(shè)博物館。而有了區(qū)域財(cái)政的支持,區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館博物館在選址、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)營(yíng)的各個(gè)方面會(huì)便利許多,能投入更大的精力開展博物館內(nèi)部陳列展覽設(shè)計(jì)、藏品保護(hù)、社教服務(wù)等方面的工作；區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館建設(shè)時(shí)需要突出博物館反映當(dāng)?shù)貧v史文化的作用,聯(lián)系學(xué)校和社區(qū)等機(jī)構(gòu),積極開展社會(huì)教育與服務(wù)工作；區(qū)縣級(jí)博物館在藏品研究、陳列展覽設(shè)計(jì)等方面欠缺專業(yè)人才,因此博物館需要與高校老師聯(lián)系,從高校引進(jìn)優(yōu)秀人才。
[Abstract]:China is making great efforts to develop socialist cultural undertakings, and regional museums at the county level are closely related to the grass-roots masses, and can directly popularize cultural knowledge to the grass-roots people. Improve their cultural literacy. District museums and provincial and municipal museums are different, mainly reflect the geographical humanities of the region, is a local comprehensive museum. The collection is mainly related to local culture. The main ways of collection are: archaeological excavation, field collection, social investigation collection, receiving donations, allocation, etc. The exhibition is centered on the history and culture of the region. Reflecting the regional development context. The development level of county museums is uneven, from the early days of the founding of the country, "the county and county museums". Up to now the county museum pays attention to the collection quality and the exhibition quality. The area county museum in the collection management exhibition display collection research and so on work all needs to improve. The author investigates and visits Nanjing Jiangning District Museum. Gaochun District Museum, Lishui District Museum, Liuhe District Museum. Jiangning District Museum geographical location is good, the flow of people, exhibition quality is high, but the scientific research ability is poor. Gaochun District Museum geographical location is poor. The flow of people is medium, the lack of temporary exhibition, the construction of talent team development is slow. The Lishui District Museum operation is poor, but can adhere to do a good job in the daily management of the museum. Actively carry out social education activities. The new museum in Liuhe District is under construction. Through the investigation of the county museums in four districts of Nanjing, the author draws the survival status of county museums in the district, and the local economic and financial situation. In order to promote the future development of the county museums, the protection of historical and cultural relics, the importance of regional leaders, the quality and ability of museum curators, the construction of talents and other factors are related to the conclusion. Curator needs to win the support of regional leaders, let the leaders pay attention to the development of cultural undertakings, and put into the financial construction of museums. And with the support of regional finance, the district and county museums in the site, architectural design. All aspects of the operation will be more convenient, can invest more energy to carry out the museum's internal display and exhibition design, collection protection, social education services and other aspects of work; In the construction of district and county museums, it is necessary to highlight the role of museums in reflecting local history and culture, to contact schools and communities, and to actively carry out social education and service work. The district and county museums lack professional talents in collection research, exhibition design and so on. Therefore, the museums need to contact the teachers of colleges and universities to introduce outstanding talents from colleges and universities.
