可持續(xù)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展是全球主要關(guān)注的重要問題。最近幾十年來泰國稻米生產(chǎn)的首要目標為自給自足。盡管如此,常規(guī)水稻種植方式相對高產(chǎn),但可能會帶來土壤肥力退化,生物多樣性減少,環(huán)境污染和食品中的化學(xué)殘留物增加等問題。這種情況促使農(nóng)民和消費者更傾向于種植與消費有機稻米。有機農(nóng)業(yè)對環(huán)境無害,在經(jīng)濟上可行,也可確保食品更安全。大米生產(chǎn)在泰國經(jīng)濟中占有重要地位。盡管它是世界上最大的稻米出口國,但當前泰國稻米產(chǎn)量增加是由于水稻種植面積的擴大,而不是單位面積產(chǎn)量的增加。泰國水稻有機生產(chǎn)受土壤理化性質(zhì),社會學(xué)和經(jīng)濟因素等影響,這些因素也顯著地影響了有機稻米生產(chǎn)的效率。有鑒于此,本研究旨在評估泰國亞索托�。╕asothon）獲得認證的有機水稻種植農(nóng)場的技術(shù)效率及其影響因素。這項工作的具體目標是:（1）衡量農(nóng)民的技術(shù)效率,并評估影響認證有機大米農(nóng)民群體表現(xiàn)的不同因素;（2）研究認證有機大米生產(chǎn)者農(nóng)場經(jīng)營的一般狀況;（3）研究有機大米出口市場的供應(yīng)鏈;（4）建立有機大米種植出口模式。選擇亞索托省是因為該地區(qū)以泰國最大的有機大米生產(chǎn)區(qū)而聞名。為了達到研究的目的,采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型評估了從亞索托省7個地區(qū)抽樣的328個農(nóng)民...
