柬埔寨稻米供應(yīng)鏈有效性及制約因素研究

柬埔寨的稻米供應(yīng)可能面臨諸如生產(chǎn)成本高,行銷選擇不當(dāng),各方面的收入分配不公以及與生產(chǎn)和銷售有關(guān)的制約等問題的挑戰(zhàn),因此,對(duì)柬埔寨稻谷供給效率及其主要制約因素分析進(jìn)行分析是很有必要的。在進(jìn)行理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析影響柬埔寨農(nóng)戶生產(chǎn)稻谷成本主要因素,然后對(duì)農(nóng)戶銷售渠道選擇進(jìn)行研究,以及整個(gè)供給鏈上收入分配情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析影響供給鏈發(fā)展的制約因素。這些目標(biāo)將響應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,特別是通過制定政策來提高收入,減輕貧困,糧食安全和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等政策,從而改善人民和稻谷產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)者;2019年1月至3月在柬埔寨的Prey Veng省進(jìn)行的調(diào)研,共調(diào)研了216位家庭農(nóng)民,以及12位收購商、12位貿(mào)易商、12位碾米商,6位批發(fā)商,6位零售商以及6位消費(fèi)者。首先運(yùn)用Cobb-Douglas隨機(jī)前沿模型來估計(jì)生產(chǎn)效率,在此基礎(chǔ)上使用多元Logit模型來估計(jì)影響營銷渠道選擇的因素。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于稻谷生產(chǎn),一個(gè)家庭農(nóng)民需要在雨季和旱季平均花費(fèi)約1966949.02瑞爾/公頃和2343467瑞爾/公頃,對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)出分別為3296.38千克/公頃和4892.36千克/公頃,無論雨季和旱季,化肥費(fèi)用在成本中...
