中國影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式研究

【摘要】:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用日益突出,影視產(chǎn)業(yè)作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,因其大眾化、娛樂化的特性使其具有旺盛的生命力,在其他產(chǎn)業(yè)增速緩慢的情況下逆勢上揚,既滿足了人民群眾日益增長的精神消費的需求,又刺激了經(jīng)濟的增長。但是,隨著影視產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進程的加快,資金不足已經(jīng)成為制約其發(fā)展的一個關鍵因素,如何選擇合理有效的融資模式成為影視企業(yè)關注的重點。本文采用文獻研究法、案例分析法、定性分析法等多種方法,從五個方面對影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式的選擇進行具體剖析。第一部分以融資模式、資本結(jié)構(gòu)、供應鏈等相關理論為基礎,闡述我國影視產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點,比較分析我國傳統(tǒng)融資模式和新型融資模式的類型,總結(jié)各自的優(yōu)缺點,為影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式的深層次研究奠定堅實的理論基礎。在此基礎上,第二部分具體分析目前我國影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,深層次剖析問題存在的原因,找到制約我國影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資的瓶頸。第三部分借鑒大量文獻資料,歸納總結(jié)美國、韓國等影視產(chǎn)業(yè)起步早、經(jīng)驗豐富國家的經(jīng)驗,總結(jié)四個國家影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式的特色以及相對成熟的做法,為我國影視企業(yè)開拓新的融資渠道提供新的思路。通過對傳統(tǒng)融資模式及新型融資模式的分析以及借鑒,第四部分立足我國實際國情,具體分析不同融資模式存在的必要條件,提供互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融資、海外融資、新媒體院線融資等多種新型融資模式以供我國影視企業(yè)選擇,并輔以相關公司案例,借以驗證其可行性,從而有利于進一步緩解影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資渠道單一、融資金額有限的困境,希望能為影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式研究提供一些參考。最后,本文從調(diào)整融資模式、建立融資體系、細化專業(yè)分工等方面為影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式的發(fā)展提出了一些建議,從而推動影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融資迎來新的機遇和空間。
[Abstract]:As a tertiary industry, the cultural industry plays an increasingly prominent role in the development of the national economy. As an important part of the cultural industry, the film and television industry has strong vitality because of its popular and recreational characteristics. With slow growth in other industries, the upturn has not only met the growing demand for spiritual consumption from the masses, but also stimulated economic growth. However, with the acceleration of the process of film and television industrialization, the lack of funds has become a key factor restricting its development. How to choose a reasonable and effective financing mode has become the focus of attention of film and television enterprises. In this paper, literature research, case analysis, qualitative analysis and other methods are used to analyze the choice of financing mode of film and television industry from five aspects. The first part is based on the theories of financing mode, capital structure, supply chain and so on, expounds the characteristics of China's film and television industry, compares and analyzes the types of traditional financing mode and new financing mode, and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages. It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the deep-level research on the financing mode of film and television industry. On this basis, the second part of the specific analysis of the current situation of the film and television industry financing model and existing problems, in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problem, find out the bottleneck restricting the financing of film and television industry in China. The third part draws lessons from a large number of documents, summarizes the experience of the United States, Korea and other countries with rich experience, and summarizes the characteristics and relatively mature practices of the four countries' film and television industry financing mode. For China's film and television enterprises to open up new financing channels to provide new ideas. Through the analysis and reference of the traditional financing mode and the new financing mode, the fourth part is based on the actual situation of our country, specifically analyzes the necessary conditions for the existence of different financing models, and provides Internet financing and overseas financing. A variety of new financing modes, such as new media hospital line financing, are available for Chinese film and television enterprises to choose, supplemented by relevant company cases, in order to verify their feasibility, thus further alleviating the plight of the film and television industry that the financing channel is single and the amount of financing is limited. Hope to provide some reference for the study of the financing model of film and television industry. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the financing mode of film and television industry from the aspects of adjusting the financing mode, establishing the financing system and refining the specialized division of labor, so as to promote the financing of the film and television industry to usher in new opportunities and space.
