【摘要】：工業(yè)革命在很大程度上提高了生產(chǎn)效率,促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,但是在經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也帶來了很嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問題。隨著各國對環(huán)境問題越來越重視,企業(yè)與人民的環(huán)保意識也越來越強(qiáng),企業(yè)更加注重在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中供應(yīng)鏈的綠色化,而人們愿意為了購買環(huán)保產(chǎn)品而多付出一定的代價(jià)。因此,企業(yè)進(jìn)行綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理就變得尤為重要,與之對應(yīng),綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效評價(jià)也是一個(gè)非常值得研究的課題。 本文在對綠色供應(yīng)鏈的研究背景與研究目的及意義進(jìn)行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對國內(nèi)外綠色供應(yīng)鏈的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。分析總結(jié)了績效評價(jià)常用的幾種方法并對其進(jìn)行比較,然后提出對綠色供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行績效評價(jià)的時(shí)候需要滿足的幾點(diǎn)要求。在進(jìn)行了這些準(zhǔn)備工作之后,結(jié)合我國綠色供應(yīng)鏈的特點(diǎn),基于價(jià)值水平、內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)流程、客戶服務(wù)水平、綠色水平、學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新能力這五個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了適應(yīng)于我國綠色供應(yīng)鏈的績效評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上將層次分析法與模糊綜合評價(jià)法進(jìn)行了結(jié)合,提出了層次——模糊綜合評價(jià)法。 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,本文將層次——模糊綜合評價(jià)法進(jìn)行了實(shí)際的應(yīng)用,對中國外運(yùn)物流發(fā)展有限公司的綠色供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行了績效評價(jià),得出了各個(gè)指標(biāo)的得分情況,對得分低的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)意見。
[Abstract]:The industrial revolution has greatly improved the production efficiency and promoted the rapid development of economy, but at the same time, it has also brought serious environmental problems. As more and more attention has been paid to environmental problems in various countries, enterprises and people are becoming more and more aware of environmental protection. Enterprises pay more attention to the greening of supply chains in the process of production and operation, and people are willing to pay a certain price for purchasing environmental protection products. Therefore, green supply chain management becomes more and more important, and the performance evaluation of green supply chain is also a topic worth studying. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research background, purpose and significance of green supply chain, this paper summarizes the current research situation of green supply chain at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and summarizes several common methods of performance evaluation and compares them, and then puts forward some requirements that should be met when evaluating the performance of green supply chain. After these preparations, combining the characteristics of China's green supply chain, based on the value level, internal business process, customer service level, green level, The performance evaluation index system suitable for green supply chain in our country is constructed in the five aspects of learning and innovation ability. On the basis of this the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined and the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. In order to realize the combination of theory and practice, the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the performance evaluation of the green supply chain of China Outsourcing Logistics Development Co., Ltd., and the score of each index is obtained. The index of low score is analyzed, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
