綠色供應(yīng)鏈下的制造業(yè)供應(yīng)商選擇及協(xié)調(diào)策略研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,地球污染越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,自然環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重破壞。人們開(kāi)始意識(shí)到環(huán)境問(wèn)題的嚴(yán)重性,各國(guó)紛紛出臺(tái)了與環(huán)境保護(hù)相關(guān)的政策。綠色壁壘和消費(fèi)者日益增長(zhǎng)的綠色觀念使得人們開(kāi)始重新考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的平衡。在謀求經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境平衡的大背景下,綠色供應(yīng)鏈應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。而綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的首要環(huán)節(jié)就是選擇合適的綠色供應(yīng)商,在整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈當(dāng)中,供應(yīng)商處于供應(yīng)鏈的源頭部分,其原材料的綠色度直接傳遞到下游的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),因此,要生產(chǎn)出綠色無(wú)污染的產(chǎn)品,首先就要從源頭抓起,選擇合適的綠色供應(yīng)商。本文以制造業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)綠色供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行選擇,并從博弈論的角度探討綠色供應(yīng)鏈中的協(xié)調(diào)策略,通過(guò)政府、制造企業(yè)和供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)調(diào)策略來(lái)激勵(lì)綠色交易,從而更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理。 本文主要研究工作如下:首先闡述論文研究的背景、意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行整理及述評(píng),提出了目前研究的不足以及本文研究的必要性和方向,并分析了綠色供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)選擇的重要性、特點(diǎn)及流程,并分析了綠色供應(yīng)鏈下政企協(xié)調(diào)的重要性及激勵(lì)機(jī)制的重要性。其次建立了供應(yīng)商選擇指標(biāo)體系,包括1個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、6個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)、22個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo),并采用AHP/熵值法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,改進(jìn)的TOPSIS方法評(píng)價(jià)選擇供應(yīng)商,并用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了方法的可行性。最后進(jìn)行了綠色供應(yīng)鏈下的政企協(xié)調(diào)策略分析,,構(gòu)建了政企博弈模型,并通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了協(xié)調(diào)策略能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與環(huán)境效益的統(tǒng)一。 本文采用熵組合權(quán)的改進(jìn)TOPSIS法對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并探討了綠色供應(yīng)鏈下的協(xié)調(diào)策略,試圖為制造企業(yè)在綠色供應(yīng)商選擇及協(xié)調(diào)策略方面提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the global economy, the earth pollution is becoming more and more serious and the natural environment is seriously damaged. People begin to realize the seriousness of the environmental problems, and countries have introduced policies related to environmental protection. Green barriers and the growing green concept of consumers have made people reconsider the economic development and environmental protection. In the background of seeking economic and environmental balance, the green supply chain arises at the historic moment. And the primary link of the green supply chain management is to choose the appropriate green supplier. In the whole supply chain, the supplier is in the source part of the supply chain, and the green degree of the raw material is transferred directly to every link of the downstream. To produce green and pollution-free products, first of all, we should start from the source and choose the appropriate green suppliers. This paper chooses the manufacturing industry as the research object, chooses the suppliers in the green supply chain environment, and discusses the coordination strategy in the green supply chain from the point of view of game theory, through the coordination strategy between the government, the manufacturing enterprises and the suppliers. To encourage green transactions, and better achieve green supply chain management.
The main research work of this paper is as follows: first, it expounds the background and significance of the research, and collates and reviews the research status at home and abroad, puts forward the shortage of the present research and the necessity and direction of this study, and analyzes the importance, characteristics and process of the selection of green supplier evaluation, and analyzes the government and enterprise under the green supply chain. The importance of coordination and the importance of incentive mechanism are established. Secondly, the supplier selection index system is set up, including 1 first grade index, 6 two level index and 22 three level index, and the index weight is determined by AHP/ entropy method. The improved TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the selection of suppliers, and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example. Finally, the green supply is carried out. Based on the analysis of the coordination strategy between government and enterprises under the chain, the game model of government and enterprises is constructed, and an example is given to demonstrate that the coordination strategy can achieve the unification of economic and environmental benefits.
This paper uses the improved TOPSIS method of entropy combination weight to evaluate the supplier, and discusses the coordination strategy under the green supply chain, trying to provide reference for the manufacturing enterprises to choose and coordinate the strategy of green suppliers.
