【摘要】：以IT為依托的供應(yīng)鏈整合是當(dāng)今信息化備受青睞的研究熱點,而制造業(yè)是供應(yīng)鏈整合具有典型性、代表性的行業(yè)。本文基于資源觀這一經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論研究視角,對供應(yīng)鏈整合進行了較為全面系統(tǒng)地闡述,并以中國制造企業(yè)為例分析供應(yīng)鏈整合在提高中國制造企業(yè)績效方面的作用機理,進而提出建立企業(yè)間有效的利益分配等相關(guān)機制,以尋求在中國建立現(xiàn)實可行的供應(yīng)鏈整合策略。
[Abstract]:Supply chain integration based on IT is a popular research hotspot in information technology nowadays, while manufacturing industry is a typical and representative industry of supply chain integration. Based on the perspective of resource theory, this paper expounds supply chain integration comprehensively and systematically, and analyzes the mechanism of supply chain integration in improving the performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises by taking Chinese manufacturing enterprises as an example. In order to establish a realistic and feasible supply chain integration strategy in China, this paper puts forward some relevant mechanisms such as effective benefit distribution among enterprises.
