基于激勵策略的廢棄電器電子產(chǎn)品回收逆向供應(yīng)鏈研究

【摘要】:科學(xué)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展使得大量廢棄電器電子產(chǎn)品隨之產(chǎn)生,帶來了環(huán)境污染和資源浪費問題。世界各國對此制定了很多強制性法律。為了追求廢棄電器電子產(chǎn)品蘊藏著的經(jīng)濟價值,相關(guān)企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始從事廢棄電器電子產(chǎn)品的回收循環(huán)再利用運作。然而,目前我國廢棄電器電子產(chǎn)品回收市場較無序、消費者環(huán)保意識欠缺、相關(guān)企業(yè)積極性不高,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)進行回收再制造運作具有相當?shù)碾y度。因此,構(gòu)建基于激勵策略的廢棄電器電子產(chǎn)品回收逆向供應(yīng)鏈至關(guān)重要。 本文首先對廢棄電器電子產(chǎn)品回收逆向供應(yīng)鏈體系的激勵機制進行定性分析,明確了采取激勵策略對于構(gòu)建回收逆向供應(yīng)鏈體系的必要性,分析不同責任主體的特點,進而提出具體的激勵策略,并對不同策略的優(yōu)劣勢、適用性和制定標準等方面進行討論。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)逆向供應(yīng)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu),對促成逆向供應(yīng)鏈的“消費者-回收商”鏈條和“回收商-制造商”鏈條的激勵策略展開定量研究。針對回收過程中“消費者-回收商”鏈條,分別構(gòu)建價格折扣模型、押金返還基本模型以及考慮押金損害需求和押金投資收益的押金返還改進模型。分析各個模型利潤和回收量隨價格折扣率或押金率的變化情況,考察策略的有效性,確定最優(yōu)解和臨界解,以及策略的有效范圍,給企業(yè)選擇合適的回收策略提供決策依據(jù)。 針對回收過程中“消費者-回收商”鏈條,構(gòu)建不采取延期支付策略模型,制造商主導(dǎo)回收商被動的延期支付策略模型I,以及制造商與回收商合作共贏的延期支付策略模型1I。求解得出最優(yōu)再制造率和最優(yōu)補給次數(shù),并找到不同模型的最優(yōu)再制造率和最優(yōu)補給次數(shù)的關(guān)系。分析延期支付策略的有效性和不同合作程度對延期支付策略有效性的影響,最后分析變動延期支付策略對各利益主體利潤的影響,提出管理啟示。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology and modern industry has led to the problems of environmental pollution and waste resource waste . In order to pursue the economic value hidden in the waste electrical and electronic products , the relevant enterprises have begun to carry out the recycling and recycling operation of waste electrical products . However , the recycling market of waste electrical and electronic products in our country has become more disordered , the consumers ' environmental protection consciousness is deficient , and the enthusiasm of the relevant enterprises is not high , which leads to the difficulty of recycling and remanufacturing enterprises . Therefore , it is very important to construct the reverse supply chain of waste electrical and electronic products based on incentive strategy .
This paper first analyzes the incentive mechanism of the reverse supply chain system of the waste electrical and electronic products , and makes clear the necessity of adopting the incentive strategy to build the recovery reverse supply chain system , analyzes the characteristics of different responsibility subjects , and then puts forward the concrete incentive strategy , and discusses the advantages and disadvantages , applicability and standards of the different strategies .
On this basis , according to the structure of the reverse supply chain , quantitative research is carried out on the incentive strategy of " consumer - recovery quotient " chain and " recycling quotient - manufacturer " chain that contributed to the reverse supply chain . According to the " consumer - recovery quotient " chain in the recycling process , the price discount model , the deposit return basic model and the deposit return improving model considering the deposit damage demand and the deposit investment income are respectively constructed . The effectiveness of the strategy is analyzed according to the change of the price discount rate or deposit rate , the effectiveness of the strategy is determined , the optimal solution and the critical solution are determined , and the effective range of the strategy is determined , and the decision basis is provided for the enterprise to select the appropriate recovery strategy .
Aiming at the " consumer - recovery quotient " chain in the recycling process , the paper constructs the deferred payment strategy model I , which does not adopt the deferred payment strategy model , the manufacturer - led recovery quotient passive delay payment strategy model I , and the delay payment strategy model I which the manufacturer and the recycling quotient win . The effect of the validity and the different degree of cooperation on the validity of the deferred payment strategy is analyzed , and finally , the influence of the variable delay payment strategy on the profit of each benefit main body is analyzed , and the management inspiration is proposed .
