基于醫(yī)藥分銷企業(yè)的GSP的藥品供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:醫(yī)藥行業(yè),作為民生之根本,在現(xiàn)代社會中的作用越來越重要。藥品的管理在醫(yī)藥行業(yè)成為重中之重。特別是藥品在銷售流通的過程中,藥品的質量能不能得到持續(xù)的監(jiān)管,成為藥品管理的一大難點。對為切實保障人民的健康與用藥安全有效,從2004年開始,我國政府對藥品經(jīng)營企業(yè)實行強制性的藥品經(jīng)營質量管理規(guī)范,簡稱GSP。雖然計算機的發(fā)展已經(jīng)廣泛應用于醫(yī)藥企業(yè),但是目前管理信息系統(tǒng)與GSP管理系統(tǒng)還沒有能夠進行有機的結合。傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)藥管理信息系統(tǒng)的核心模塊有進、銷、存以及財務等模塊,對于藥品的質量管理卻沒有過多的關注,而藥品的質量直接關系著千千萬萬患者的身心健康。基于藥品質量的醫(yī)藥管理系統(tǒng)的建立迫在眉睫;诖吮尘,本文設計和實現(xiàn)了基于GSP的醫(yī)藥管理信息系統(tǒng)。在本文的研究中,首先本文介紹了基于GSP的醫(yī)藥管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景及國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,論述了本系統(tǒng)中涉及相關的主要設計架構——C/S和B/S架構以及相關的開發(fā)技術,并通過相關技術的優(yōu)劣勢比較建立了適合普適性需求的技術體系;其次,本系統(tǒng)結合對醫(yī)藥經(jīng)營企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,并實地調研了醫(yī)藥分銷樣本企業(yè),對其需求進行了行業(yè)特性調研,分析了醫(yī)藥管理系統(tǒng)的用戶情況、業(yè)務流程以及系統(tǒng)功能等系統(tǒng)需求;再次,根據(jù)企業(yè)的行業(yè)特性對系統(tǒng)中的需求分析進行了設計,并對數(shù)據(jù)庫及各個功能模塊進行了實現(xiàn)。最后,通過進行性能測試、可靠性測試、兼容性測試表明:該系統(tǒng)操作簡便界面符合人機功效,系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定、兼容性強,系統(tǒng)設計邏輯嚴密,可靠性高,對醫(yī)藥信息和藥品質量等管理有效、方便、快捷并且部署成本能夠被行業(yè)所接受,達到了預定的研究設計目標。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical industry, as the foundation of people's livelihood, plays an increasingly important role in modern society.Drug management has become a top priority in the pharmaceutical industry.Especially in the process of sale and circulation of drugs, whether the quality of drugs can be continuously supervised has become a major difficulty in drug management.In order to ensure the health of the people and the safety and effectiveness of drug use, since 2004, the government of our country has imposed mandatory quality management standard of drug management on drug trading enterprises, referred to as GSPS.Although the development of computer has been widely used in pharmaceutical enterprises, at present, the management information system and GSP management system have not been integrated organically.The core modules of traditional medicine management information system include advance, sale, storage and finance, but they do not pay much attention to the quality management of drugs, and the quality of drugs is directly related to the physical and mental health of thousands of patients.The establishment of pharmaceutical management system based on drug quality is urgent.Based on this background, this paper designs and implements a medicine management information system based on GSP.In the research of this paper, firstly, this paper introduces the background of the development of pharmaceutical management system based on GSP and the current situation at home and abroad, and discusses the related main design frameworks in this system, namely, C / S and B / S architecture, as well as related development technologies.And through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of related technologies to establish a suitable technical system for the demand for universal; secondly, this system combined with the current situation of pharmaceutical enterprises, and the field investigation of pharmaceutical distribution sample enterprises, the needs of the industry characteristics investigation.The system requirements such as user situation, business process and system function are analyzed. Thirdly, according to the industry characteristics of the enterprise, the requirement analysis of the system is designed, and the database and each functional module are implemented.Finally, the performance test, reliability test and compatibility test show that the simple interface of the system accords with the man-machine efficacy, the system is stable, the system has strong compatibility, the system design logic is strict, the reliability is high.The management of medical information and drug quality is effective, convenient and quick, and the cost of deployment can be accepted by the industry.
