【摘要】：考慮到生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品受產(chǎn)品新鮮度的影響,以聯(lián)合契約對(duì)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。首先構(gòu)建集中決策下供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)決策模型,分析集中決策下生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的最優(yōu)訂購(gòu)策略。然后在分散決策下,考慮生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的價(jià)值損耗成本,設(shè)計(jì)供應(yīng)商-分銷商采用回購(gòu)契約,分銷商-零售商采用期權(quán)契約的聯(lián)合契約機(jī)制;并對(duì)比研究供應(yīng)商-分銷商-零售商均采用期權(quán)契約的決策模型。最終通過(guò)算例分析,驗(yàn)證了考慮價(jià)值損耗因素,聯(lián)合契約可以實(shí)現(xiàn)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品三級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào);且在以供應(yīng)商為核心主體的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中,供應(yīng)商更偏向于采用聯(lián)合契約,以分銷商為核心主體的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中,分銷商更偏向于采用期權(quán)契約。
[Abstract]:Taking into account the fresh agricultural products are affected by product freshness, study on fresh agricultural products in three level supply chain coordination problems in the joint contract. First construct optimal decision model of supply chain system under centralized decision and centralized decision analysis under the optimal ordering strategy of fresh agricultural products. Then under decentralized decision-making, considering the value of the loss cost of fresh agricultural product design, supplier - distributor repurchase contract, joint contract mechanism distributors and retailers with option contracts; decision model and comparative study of suppliers and distributors and retailers are using the option contract. Finally, through the example analysis, verify the account of the value of loss factor, the joint contract can achieve three level of fresh agricultural products supply chain coordination; in order to supplier and supply chain system as the core of the main suppliers, more interested in using the joint contract, to the distributor as the core subject of supply In chain systems, distributors are more inclined to adopt an option contract.
