【摘要】:業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論在20世紀(jì)90年代被提出,引發(fā)了管理史上的第二次革命,作為企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的關(guān)鍵組成部分——供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理在新形勢(shì)下已然成為企業(yè)內(nèi)部重點(diǎn)挖掘的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)之一。伴隨著社會(huì)的飛速發(fā)展,汽車零部件行業(yè)的成本壓力越來越大;同時(shí)隨著主機(jī)廠競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的白熱化,新開發(fā)項(xiàng)目周期越來越短,客戶要求越來越高,利潤率也越來越低。所以汽車零部件企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)化為企業(yè)所在整條供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如何在這種不利情況下保證供應(yīng)商供貨質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性同時(shí)兼顧企業(yè)利潤是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。本文運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的理論,結(jié)合A公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)際情況,找出不足,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行了詳盡的跟蹤研究,然后從供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理組織架構(gòu)重新搭建以及打造供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理平臺(tái)兩個(gè)方面針對(duì)性地解決A公司存在的問題。同時(shí),本文就如何順應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展去再造A公司的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程進(jìn)行了探討,也對(duì)在流程再造時(shí)如何充分考慮A公司與J公司兼并重組所帶來的影響進(jìn)行了深入的研究。最后,順應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代以及工業(yè)4.0的發(fā)展要求,本文提出了以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維重構(gòu)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程,為未來供應(yīng)鏈的管理和發(fā)展提供了一定借鑒。
[Abstract]:The theory of business process reengineering (BPR) was put forward in 1990s, which led to the second revolution in the history of management. As a key component of enterprise supply chain management, supplier quality management has become one of the key growth points in the new situation. With the rapid development of society, the cost pressure of automobile parts industry is increasing. At the same time, with the fierce competition in the mainframe factory, the new development project cycle is becoming shorter and shorter, and the customer requirements are becoming higher and higher. Therefore, the competition of auto parts enterprises has been transformed into the competition of the whole supply chain in which the enterprises are located. How to ensure the stability of suppliers' supply quality while taking into account the profits of enterprises under such adverse circumstances. This paper uses the theory of business process reengineering, Combined with the actual situation of supplier quality management in company A, we find out the deficiency, and then carry out a detailed follow-up study. Then, the problems of company A are solved from two aspects: rebuilding the organizational structure of supplier quality management and building supplier quality management platform. At the same time, This paper discusses how to adapt to the development of the Internet era to reengineer the supplier quality management process of company A. It also makes a deep research on how to fully consider the impact of merger and reorganization between company A and company J in the process reengineering. Finally, it conforms to the requirements of the Internet era and the development of industry 4.0. This paper proposes to reconstruct the supplier quality management process with Internet thinking, which provides a reference for the future supply chain management and development.
