基于無缺陷退貨的網(wǎng)上銷售易逝品供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)模型

【摘要】:本文針對網(wǎng)上在線銷售易逝品的無缺陷退貨現(xiàn)象,考慮了供應鏈的最優(yōu)訂購協(xié)調(diào)問題。利用一個兩階段動態(tài)規(guī)劃來描述動態(tài)市場環(huán)境下網(wǎng)上銷售商的兩次訂購行為,在假定在兩個銷售階段都發(fā)生無缺陷退貨現(xiàn)象的前提下,分別建立了集中和分散決策模型,同時設計了價格保護契約以實現(xiàn)供應鏈的協(xié)調(diào)運作。最后,利用數(shù)值仿真得出了一些重要的管理啟示。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)當不確定性較大時,網(wǎng)上銷售商需要在第1階段多訂購產(chǎn)品以應對需求風險,因此導致了較低的系統(tǒng)期望利潤。并且,需求的不確定性越大,供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)越有價值。(2)當?shù)?階段或第2階段退貨率或兩階段退貨率都增加時,兩個階段的最優(yōu)訂購量均減小。(3)對于需求波動性較高的產(chǎn)品,顧客的退貨率越小或者可服務退貨率越大,價值越高(即對供應鏈系統(tǒng)期望利潤的提高越顯著)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the problem of optimal ordering coordination in the supply chain is considered, and a two-stage dynamic programming is used to describe the two-time ordering behavior of the online sellers in the dynamic market environment. Based on the assumption that there is no defect return in both stages of sales, the centralized and decentralized decision models are established, and the price protection contract is designed to realize the coordinated operation of the supply chain. By using numerical simulation, some important management implications are obtained. Through research, we find that when uncertainty is high, online vendors need to order more products in stage 1 to cope with demand risks. This results in lower system expected profits. And, the greater the uncertainty of demand, the more valuable supply chain coordination is.) when the return rate of stage 1 or stage 2 increases, or the rate of return in both phases increases, For the products with high demand volatility, the lower the return rate of customer or the greater the return rate of serviceable goods, the higher the value (that is, the higher the expected profit of supply chain system is).
