懸掛式緩沖系統(tǒng)易損件沖擊響應(yīng)特性

【摘要】:目的以考慮易損件的懸掛系統(tǒng)為對(duì)象,研究跌落沖擊條件下易損件響應(yīng)規(guī)律。方法建立系統(tǒng)無(wú)量綱動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,利用四階龍格庫(kù)塔法分析易損件的位移和加速度響應(yīng)。討論系統(tǒng)懸掛角、頻率比、阻尼比和無(wú)量綱沖擊速度等參數(shù)對(duì)易損件位移、加速度響應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果系統(tǒng)的懸掛角、頻率比以及主體與基礎(chǔ)連接處的阻尼對(duì)易損件響應(yīng)影響顯著,隨著系統(tǒng)懸掛角的增加,易損件加速度響應(yīng)幅值增加,位移響應(yīng)幅值減少,響應(yīng)周期縮短。增加頻率比可有效抑制易損件響應(yīng)幅值。結(jié)論在跌落沖擊條件下,懸掛系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)選擇適當(dāng)?shù)膽覓旖、頻率比等相關(guān)參數(shù),以滿足產(chǎn)品防護(hù)的需要。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the response law of vulnerable parts under drop impact by taking the suspension system considering the breakable parts as an object. Methods the dimensionless dynamic model of the system was established and the displacement and acceleration responses of the vulnerable parts were analyzed by the fourth order Runge-Kutta method. The effects of suspension angle, frequency ratio, damping ratio and dimensionless impact velocity on the displacement and acceleration response of the components are discussed. Results the suspension angle, the frequency ratio and the damping at the connection between the main body and the foundation have significant effects on the response of the vulnerable parts. With the increase of the suspension angle of the system, the acceleration response amplitude of the system increases, the displacement response amplitude decreases, and the response period is shortened. Increasing the frequency ratio can effectively suppress the response amplitude of the damaged parts. Conclusion under the condition of drop impact, the design of suspension system should select appropriate suspension angle, frequency ratio and other relevant parameters to meet the need of product protection.
