交互設(shè)計(jì)在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過兩次工業(yè)革命和三次科技革命之后,人類社會(huì)逐步邁入移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代。智能終端影響著人們生活的方方面面,然而,相當(dāng)多的智能終端產(chǎn)品因其復(fù)雜的操作方法讓人們望而卻步。而傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)方法著重強(qiáng)調(diào)形式和功能的辯證關(guān)系,在強(qiáng)調(diào)產(chǎn)品可用性和用戶體驗(yàn)的今天很難解決智能終端產(chǎn)品“難用”的問題。這就突出了“以用戶為中心”交互設(shè)計(jì)理念在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中的重要性。 本文的主要內(nèi)容:第一章,從交互設(shè)計(jì)有助于提升產(chǎn)品用戶體驗(yàn)的角度闡述本課題的研究背景,并總結(jié)國內(nèi)外交互設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及將交互設(shè)計(jì)理念注入工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第二章,通過闡述交互設(shè)計(jì)的基本概念、分析其在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀提出交互式產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的兩個(gè)目標(biāo):高可用性和良好用戶體驗(yàn)。此外,兩者存在以下關(guān)系:高可用性是良好用戶體驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ),良好用戶體驗(yàn)是高可用性的更高階段。第三章,闡述用戶目標(biāo)驅(qū)動(dòng)和用戶行為驅(qū)動(dòng)的交互設(shè)計(jì)方法,以及基于認(rèn)知心理學(xué)和情感體驗(yàn)的交互設(shè)計(jì)的重要方法;其中本章以交互式產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)步驟和設(shè)計(jì)方法為落腳點(diǎn)。第四章,以智能終端的交互設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)為重點(diǎn),本章首先從外觀和軟件兩個(gè)層面論述智能終端的交互設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),然后通過分析設(shè)計(jì)案例的方式探討了智能終端的交互設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐方法和有效途徑。第五章,總結(jié)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)需要導(dǎo)入交互設(shè)計(jì)理念的中心思想,并展望了交互設(shè)計(jì)未來的發(fā)展方向。 交互設(shè)計(jì)在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究,,有助于設(shè)計(jì)人員找準(zhǔn)用戶的真正需求,設(shè)計(jì)出真正符合用戶行為習(xí)慣的產(chǎn)品,提升產(chǎn)品的用戶體驗(yàn)。交互設(shè)計(jì)理念必將成為工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)人員又一新的指導(dǎo)準(zhǔn)則。
[Abstract]:After two industrial revolutions and three technological revolutions, human society has gradually entered the era of mobile Internet. Intelligent terminal affects every aspect of people's life. However, a lot of intelligent terminal products are deterred by their complicated operation methods. The traditional industrial design method emphasizes the dialectical relation between form and function, and it is difficult to solve the problem of "hard to use" in intelligent terminal product today when the emphasis is on product availability and user experience. This highlights the importance of user-centered interactive design in industrial design. The main content of this paper: the first chapter, from the interactive design to promote the product user experience point of view to elaborate the research background of this topic, The development status of interactive design at home and abroad and the practical significance of injecting the concept of interactive design into industrial design are summarized. In the second chapter, the basic concept of interactive design is introduced, and its application in industrial design is analyzed. Two goals of interactive product design are put forward: high availability and good user experience. In addition, the relationship between the two is as follows: high availability is the basis of good user experience, and good user experience is the higher stage of high availability. In the third chapter, the interaction design method of user goal driven and user behavior driven, and the important method of interaction design based on cognitive psychology and emotional experience are expounded, in which the design steps and design methods of interactive products are the focus of this chapter. In the fourth chapter, the interaction design of intelligent terminal is emphasized. Firstly, the present situation and characteristics of interactive design of intelligent terminal are discussed from the aspects of appearance and software. Then, the practical method and effective way of interactive design of intelligent terminal are discussed by analyzing the design cases. The fifth chapter summarizes the central idea of the concept of interactive design in modern industrial design, and looks forward to the future development direction of interactive design. The research on the application of interactive design in the field of industrial design is helpful for designers to find out the real needs of users, to design products that really conform to the behavior habits of users, and to improve the user experience of products. The idea of interactive design will become a new guideline for industrial designers.
