【摘要】：企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理是企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理的核心,備受企業(yè)和各國政府重視。但是目前財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理存在系統(tǒng)化不足和實踐性不強(qiáng)等問題。企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理與企業(yè)籌資方式多元化,企業(yè)投資策略選擇最優(yōu)化,企業(yè)資金利用最大化,企業(yè)收益分配合理化等密切相關(guān),卻又存在很大的沖突。從企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,制度建設(shè)和財務(wù)管理過程加強(qiáng)控制,對改善企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理弊端,加強(qiáng)預(yù)防具有極其重要意義。
[Abstract]:Enterprise financial risk management is the core of enterprise risk management. However, there are some problems in financial risk management, such as systematization and practice. Enterprise financial risk management is closely related to the diversification of enterprise financing mode, the optimization of investment strategy, the maximization of enterprise capital utilization, the rationalization of enterprise income distribution and so on, but there is a great conflict. It is of great significance to improve the malpractice of financial risk management and strengthen the prevention from the optimization of enterprise capital structure, the construction of system and the strengthening of control in the process of financial management.
