【摘要】：某多層工業(yè)廠房為鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),二層大跨度樓面鋼桁架與鋼柱連接采用銷軸節(jié)點(diǎn).鋼桁架上下弦桿及腹桿均采用H型鋼截面,弦桿及腹桿通過特定構(gòu)造形式的節(jié)點(diǎn)域采用銷軸與柱伸出的耳板連接.為滿足工程設(shè)計(jì)要求,需要確定其承載性能.根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求和有限元分析結(jié)果,對該連接節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了4組試件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明銷軸節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計(jì)荷載下處于彈性階段,破壞階段仍具有良好的延性,承載性能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,可為類似工程參考.
[Abstract]:A multi-story industrial factory building is a steel frame structure, and the pin shaft joint is used in the connection between the steel truss and the steel column in the two-story long-span building. The upper and lower chords and webs of steel trusses are connected by H-section, and the chords and webs are connected by pin shafts to the ear plates extending from the columns through the node domain of a specific structural form. In order to meet the requirements of engineering design, it is necessary to determine its bearing capacity. According to the design requirements and finite element analysis results, four groups of specimens are designed for the joint. The results show that the pin shaft joint is in the elastic stage under the design load, the failure stage still has good toughness, and the bearing capacity meets the design requirements, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
