【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)通常能夠展現(xiàn)出一座城市的底蘊和內涵,其特色景觀品質代表著城市的整體形象和活力。在城市化的趨勢下,城市的歷史人文和地方特色隨著歷史街區(qū)的破壞而逐漸消失,如何處理好城市化進程和歷史街區(qū)保護與再生之間的矛盾,在發(fā)展城市經濟與振興歷史街區(qū)間取得平衡,并摸索出針對具有城市特色景觀的歷史街區(qū)保護與再生模式,成為我們當前迫切的任務。歷史街區(qū)是歷史文化名城的重要組成部分,是一個城市特色和文化最集中的精華,記載了人類發(fā)展進程,也是傳統(tǒng)民族文化、地域文化獨特的載體,構成城市特色景觀的最突出的代表。因此,在中國城市化進程中,對保護與再生歷史街區(qū)景觀環(huán)境進行研究尤為重要。本研究通過對歷史街區(qū)保護與再生的相關概念的闡述,歸納歷史街區(qū)的類型,指出歷史街區(qū)的保護與再生應當從傳統(tǒng)建筑風貌、周圍環(huán)境景觀風貌和歷史街區(qū)空間布局等要素入手,并在更新歷史街區(qū)的工作中堅持人本主義理念,以整體協(xié)調原則、可識別性原則和有機更新原則為基礎。其次通過梳理國內歷史街區(qū)保護與再生的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀概況,歸納總結出歷史街區(qū)的保護與再生的對策包括保管存放、外觀修景、重建翻新、內部置換四種類型。并在分析白鹿鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)保護與再生的具體案例的基礎上,通過文獻分析法回顧了白鹿鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)的歷史淵源和了解了獨有的歷史建筑特色的基礎。在分析了白鹿鎮(zhèn)的歷史沿革和現(xiàn)狀后,闡明了白鹿鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)在單體傳統(tǒng)建筑、周圍景觀環(huán)境和空間布局等方面的保護與再生策略,并通過比較研究法指出了目前白鹿鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)保護與再生方式的可取和不足之處。由此進一步總結了我國歷史街區(qū)保護與再生的一般對策：首先應該解讀城市,充分掌握最全面最準確的城市歷史信息,了解街區(qū)的歷史人文價值,是歷史街區(qū)保護與再生的重要基礎。其次對歷史街區(qū)及周圍環(huán)境要素進行整合,這樣才可以促進歷史環(huán)境與生態(tài)環(huán)境的和諧共生,共同打造一個協(xié)調統(tǒng)一的景觀風貌。并且應該完善歷史街區(qū)基礎設施,以達到服務居民日常生活和提供便捷舒適生活環(huán)境的目的。最后通過加強意向設計、利用歷史元素、借用自然地理環(huán)境和突出標志物等手法凸顯歷史街區(qū)特色,打造具有識別性的城市景觀。
[Abstract]:Historical blocks can usually show the connotation and connotation of a city, and its characteristic landscape quality represents the overall image and vitality of the city. Under the trend of urbanization, the historical humanity and local characteristics of the city gradually disappear with the destruction of the historical block. How to deal with the contradiction between the urbanization process and the protection and regeneration of the historical block? It is an urgent task for us to strike a balance between developing urban economy and revitalizing historical blocks and finding out the mode of conservation and regeneration of historical blocks with urban characteristics. Historical block is an important part of historical and cultural city. It is the most concentrated essence of urban characteristics and culture. It records the progress of human development and is also a unique carrier of traditional national culture and regional culture. The most prominent representative of the urban landscape. Therefore, in the process of urbanization in China, it is very important to protect and regenerate the landscape environment of historic blocks. By expounding the related concepts of conservation and regeneration of historical blocks, this study sums up the types of historical blocks, and points out that the protection and regeneration of historical blocks should be based on the traditional architectural features. The factors such as the surrounding landscape and the spatial layout of historical blocks and so on, and adhere to the concept of humanism in the work of updating historical blocks, based on the principle of overall coordination, identifiable principle and organic renewal principle. Secondly, by combing the development process and present situation of the protection and regeneration of historical blocks in China, the countermeasures of protection and regeneration of historical blocks are summarized, which include storage, appearance restoration, reconstruction and renovation, and internal replacement. On the basis of analyzing the concrete cases of the protection and regeneration of the historical block of Bailu Town, the historical origin of the historic block of Bailu Town and the foundation of the unique historical architectural characteristics are reviewed by the method of literature analysis. After analyzing the historical evolution and present situation of Bailu Town, this paper expounds the protection and regeneration strategy of the historical block of Bailu Town in the aspects of single traditional architecture, surrounding landscape environment and spatial layout, and so on. The paper also points out the merits and shortcomings of the protection and regeneration of the historical block in Bailu Town by the method of comparative study. This paper further summarizes the general countermeasures of the protection and regeneration of historical blocks in China: first of all, we should interpret the city, fully grasp the most comprehensive and accurate urban historical information, and understand the historical and humanistic value of the block. It is an important foundation for the conservation and regeneration of historical blocks. Secondly, it can promote the harmonious symbiosis of historical environment and ecological environment by integrating the elements of historical block and surrounding environment, so as to create a harmonious and unified landscape. The infrastructure of historic district should be perfected to serve the daily life of residents and provide convenient and comfortable living environment. Finally, by strengthening the intention design, using the historical elements, using the natural geographical environment and prominent markers to highlight the characteristics of historical blocks, to create a recognizable urban landscape.
