【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)院落和街巷是城市生活的一部分，它以整體的風(fēng)貌體現(xiàn)文化價(jià)值，展示歷史典型風(fēng)貌特質(zhì)，反映城市歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。而徐州作為中國(guó)歷史文化名城，擁有超過(guò)5000年文明史和2500年建城史，在城市化進(jìn)程中，現(xiàn)遺留在老城區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)院落寥寥無(wú)幾，傳統(tǒng)街巷和充滿人性化的生活場(chǎng)景也正銷聲匿跡，作為優(yōu)秀旅游城市打造地域化特色城市建設(shè)，傳統(tǒng)民居院落與街巷又迫切要求回歸，在這樣復(fù)雜的社會(huì)背景下由此提出研究課題，作者以調(diào)查問(wèn)題為基本，分析問(wèn)題為關(guān)鍵，解決問(wèn)題為最終目的，運(yùn)用正確的專業(yè)理論知識(shí)和設(shè)計(jì)手法，深入分析徐州傳統(tǒng)院落與街巷特征與現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題，為徐州傳統(tǒng)院落和街巷發(fā)展方向做出了有意義的探索。 選取徐州戶部山、回龍窩、馬莊、窯灣等地實(shí)地調(diào)研和分析，通過(guò)測(cè)繪、拍照、計(jì)算機(jī)三維模擬等方法，結(jié)合資料查詢、舉例分析、演繹類比、設(shè)計(jì)類型學(xué)等方法對(duì)徐州傳統(tǒng)民居的建筑及院落特征特征進(jìn)行總結(jié)，，從文化的角度出發(fā)研究徐州傳統(tǒng)院落的空間特征、基本類型與擴(kuò)展形式。通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)街巷和歷史街區(qū)的典型案例分析，總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)街巷設(shè)計(jì)與更新的理論方法和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并以徐州勞動(dòng)巷歷史街區(qū)為設(shè)計(jì)依托，通過(guò)對(duì)勞動(dòng)巷歷史街區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀分析，結(jié)合前人提出街巷更新改造的理論與設(shè)計(jì)理念，提出適合于徐州傳統(tǒng)街巷的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理念，給出勞動(dòng)巷設(shè)計(jì)具體方案，文章總結(jié)了針對(duì)徐州傳統(tǒng)街巷的保護(hù)與發(fā)展的方法與策略，在傳統(tǒng)建筑中引入可滿足現(xiàn)代社會(huì)需求的功能，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)街巷保護(hù)更新的理念，既可以改變傳統(tǒng)院落與街巷的拆建現(xiàn)象，也可以為解決舊建筑與新需求之間的矛盾關(guān)系提供一條思路，讓傳統(tǒng)街巷的魅力重生，營(yíng)造宜人的老城生活場(chǎng)景，希望通過(guò)作者的研究與創(chuàng)作能給今后徐州市歷史街區(qū)以及傳統(tǒng)街巷院落的更新保護(hù)能具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The traditional courtyard and street are a part of the city life. It reflects the cultural value with the overall style and features, displays the characteristics of the historical typical style and features, and reflects the historical development of the city. As a famous historical and cultural city in China, Xuzhou has a history of more than 5000 years of civilization and 2,500 years of history of establishing a city. In the process of urbanization, there are very few traditional yards left over in the old urban areas, and the traditional streets and lanes and life scenes full of humanization are also disappearing. As an excellent tourist city to build regional characteristic city construction, the traditional residence courtyard and the street and lane urgently request to return. Under such complicated social background, the author puts forward the research subject, the author regards the investigation question as the basic, the analysis question as the key. The ultimate purpose of solving problems is to use correct professional theoretical knowledge and design techniques to deeply analyze the characteristics and present situation of Xuzhou traditional courtyard and street and make a meaningful exploration for the development direction of Xuzhou traditional courtyard and street. Select Xuzhou Huabushan, Huilong Wo, Mazhuang, Yaowan and other places to investigate and analyze, through surveying and mapping, photo taking, computer three-dimensional simulation and other methods, combined with data query, examples analysis, deductive analogy, Design typology and other methods summarize the architectural and courtyard features of Xuzhou traditional residential buildings, and study the spatial characteristics, basic types and extended forms of Xuzhou traditional courtyard from the perspective of culture. Through the analysis of typical cases of traditional streets and historic blocks at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the theoretical methods and design experiences of traditional street and lane design and updates, and bases on the design of Xuzhou Labor Lane Historical District. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the historic block of labor lane, combined with the theory and design idea of street and lane renewal proposed by predecessors, the innovative design idea suitable for Xuzhou traditional street and lane is put forward, and the concrete scheme of labor lane design is given. This paper summarizes the methods and strategies for the protection and development of Xuzhou's traditional streets and lanes, introduces the functions to meet the needs of the modern society in the traditional buildings, and draws lessons from the excellent concepts of the protection and renewal of the traditional streets and alleys at home and abroad. It can not only change the phenomenon of demolition and construction of traditional courtyard and streets, but also provide a way of thinking to solve the contradiction between old buildings and new needs, so that the charm of traditional streets and alleys can be reborn and create a pleasant life scene in the old city. It is hoped that through the author's research and creation, it will be of guiding significance for the renewal and protection of Xuzhou's historic blocks and traditional streets and alleys in the future.
