文章摘要：通過對北京世界城市建設(shè)歷程的回顧,指出北京世界城市建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了兩個階段;現(xiàn)階段北京需要從城市走向區(qū)域,以尋求世界城市實現(xiàn)的群體路徑。天津是北京世界城市建設(shè)的重要區(qū)域節(jié)點,與北京空間同城、功能互補、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施共用,具備港口優(yōu)勢、高端制造業(yè)優(yōu)勢和生態(tài)城市建設(shè)優(yōu)勢,應(yīng)抓住機遇,積極參與世界城市建設(shè),以推動京津兩市合作共贏,增強區(qū)域的國際競爭力。鑒于京津特殊的城市地位和地理位置,建議從涉及京津兩市共同利益的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域做起,提出了天津參與北京世界城市建設(shè)的職能強化戰(zhàn)略、空間對接戰(zhàn)略和設(shè)施共建戰(zhàn)略。

Abstr：By reviewing the process of building Beijing into a world city, this paper points out that it has gone through two stages. At the current stage, Beijing is required to transform itself from a single city into a regional central city, to obtain the group pathway towards the world city. Tianjin is an important regional node for building Beijing into a world city. With the complementary function, the two cities share the same urban space and infrastructure system. Besides, Tianjin has its own unique advantages, including Tianjin Port, highend manufacturing, and eco-city construction. As a consequence, Tianjin should seize the opportunity and be actively involved in Beijing＇s construction as a world city, and thus to promote a win-win cooperation and ultimately improve this region＇s international competitiveness. According to the two cities＇ unique geographical location and special status, it is advisable to start with the industries involving their common proposes three strategies in building Beijing into interests, and the paper for Tianjin＇s engagement a world city： functional reinforcement, spatial connection, and joint facility construction.
