【摘要】：歷史風貌是城市歷史信息的載體,它集中體現(xiàn)了城市特色和文化、空間等多樣性,可成為帶動城市發(fā)展的積極力量。長沙是我國唯一一個3000年來城址和城名不變的歷史文化名城,歷史文化積淀深厚,古城肌理猶存。但是由于戰(zhàn)火和城市化進程中人們?nèi)狈ΡＷo城市人文環(huán)境的認識,眾多的歷史文化遺跡被毀壞,城市的歷史記憶、居住環(huán)境、文化脈絡、生活方式和文化魅力等的多樣性急劇消失,城市的整體歷史風貌逐步被削弱,保護和延續(xù)城市的歷史風貌變得越來越迫切。 本文首先闡述了長沙城市歷史風貌保護的背景和國內(nèi)外相關研究動態(tài),接著對城市歷史風貌、歷史建筑和歷史街區(qū)等基本概念進行了解釋,并介紹了相關研究的一些著名理論,為長沙歷史風貌特色保護的論述做鋪墊。 在上述的基礎上,通過現(xiàn)場實地調(diào)研,采用歸納演繹、系統(tǒng)分析和文獻研究等多種方法,對長沙整體歷史風貌進行分析研究。重點從空間格局、城市色彩、歷史文化風貌區(qū)、歷史風貌核和歷史建筑等幾個方面入手,針對長沙城市歷史風貌現(xiàn)狀、特征和存在的問題,探索了其歷史風貌保護和更新模式,制定了保護目標、保護原則和保護戰(zhàn)略,并在次模式下建立了保護體系,著重論述了空間格局、城市色彩、歷史建筑和歷史地段四個方面的保護措施。最后對如何保護歷史風貌特色再做了部分完善,主要提出了從整體風貌、歷史街區(qū)、歷史建筑和公眾參與等幾個方面進行保護的建議。
[Abstract]:Historical style is the carrier of urban historical information, which embodies the diversity of urban characteristics, culture and space, and can become a positive force to promote the development of the city. Changsha is the only historical and cultural city in China in the past 3000 years. However, due to the lack of understanding of the protection of the city's humanistic environment in the course of war and urbanization, numerous historical and cultural relics have been destroyed, the historical memory of the city, the living environment, the cultural context, The diversity of life style and cultural charm has disappeared rapidly, and the overall historical features of the city have been gradually weakened, so it is more and more urgent to protect and continue the historical features of the city. In this paper, firstly, the background of Changsha urban historical style protection and related research trends at home and abroad are expounded, then the basic concepts of urban historical style, historical architecture and historical block are explained, and some famous theories of related research are introduced. Changsha historical features for the protection of the characteristics of the discussion to do the groundwork. On the basis of the above, through the field investigation, using induction deduction, systematic analysis and literature research and other methods, the whole history of Changsha is analyzed and studied. Focusing on the spatial pattern, urban color, historical and cultural landscape areas, historical features core and historical buildings, this paper probes into the protection and renewal mode of Changsha's historical features, aiming at the present situation, characteristics and existing problems of Changsha's historical features. The protection goal, protection principle and protection strategy are formulated, and the protection system is established under the sub-mode, with emphasis on the protection measures in four aspects: spatial pattern, urban color, historical building and historical location. Finally, the author makes some suggestions on how to protect the features of historical features, mainly from the aspects of overall style, historical blocks, historical buildings and public participation.
