【摘要】：在現(xiàn)階段,水利水電工程吸引了各界人士的關(guān)注與重視。在巨大的市場(chǎng)需求背景下,我國(guó)的水利水電企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但是中國(guó)加入WTO后,國(guó)外的水利施工企業(yè)進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng),中國(guó)本土水利施工企業(yè)面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。本文以江蘇A建筑工程公司為例,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,分析研究其運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。通過(guò)對(duì)江蘇A建筑工程公司運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的分析研究,幫助該公司制定符合其發(fā)展規(guī)律的戰(zhàn)略方案和制定實(shí)施該方案的相關(guān)措施。本文的研究目的就在于通過(guò)對(duì)江蘇A建筑工程公司的研究為中國(guó)同類(lèi)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, water conservancy and hydropower projects have attracted the attention and attention of people from all walks of life. Under the background of huge market demand, water conservancy and hydropower enterprises in China are facing unprecedented development opportunities. However, after China's entry into the WTO, foreign water conservancy construction enterprises enter the Chinese market, and the local water conservancy construction enterprises face enormous challenges. Taking Jiangsu A Construction Engineering Company as an example, this paper analyzes and studies its operation mode by using the theory of enterprise strategic management. Through the analysis and research on the operation mode of Jiangsu A Construction Engineering Company, it helps the company to draw up the strategic plan according to its development law and the relevant measures to implement the plan. The purpose of this paper is to provide relevant strategic guidance for the development of similar enterprises in China through the research of Jiangsu A Construction Engineering Company.
