【摘要】：交互設(shè)計的概念最早是從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中得來的,它是一種使人與產(chǎn)品進行有機交互的設(shè)計方法,它可以有效地提高人使用產(chǎn)品時產(chǎn)生的愉悅感和舒適感,并且能及時了解用戶在對產(chǎn)品進行體驗時產(chǎn)生的心理活動和行為活動。交互設(shè)計包括：機器／系統(tǒng)、人、界面和辦公環(huán)境等方面,從哲學(xué)的角度上來說,交互設(shè)計就是指物理邏輯與行為邏輯的相互作用。它區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計只關(guān)注形式而忽略內(nèi)涵的設(shè)計思維。交互設(shè)計的目的是更好的為人服務(wù),讓人造環(huán)境和產(chǎn)品更加易用、有效,并使人產(chǎn)生一種精神滿足的的愉悅感。創(chuàng)造不同的空間形態(tài)和功能,促進人與人以及人與環(huán)境之間的交流、溝通,以及高效利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)實現(xiàn)跨越空間上的辦公交互,是辦公空間中能夠激發(fā)創(chuàng)造、和人性化的一種有效方式。本文通過總結(jié)辦公空間中交互設(shè)計的發(fā)展歷史,探討辦公交互設(shè)計的過去、現(xiàn)在與未來,分析企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu),通過研究目前辦公空間中存在的交互設(shè)計范例,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)交互設(shè)計的一般設(shè)計原則和未來走向,為今后他人的研究提供經(jīng)驗和參考。因此,交互設(shè)計是辦公空間設(shè)計中不可分割的一部分。人—機—環(huán)境的交互是本文研究的重點,而人是交互設(shè)計中最重要的服務(wù)對象和研究對象。因此,本文主要對人在辦公空間中的心理需求、行為方式以及視覺、聽覺、觸覺、體感等做了一系列分析研究,意在提高和改善人在辦公環(huán)境中的滿足感和貢獻度。智能化是未來設(shè)計發(fā)展的一大趨勢,智能化交互設(shè)計是人—機交互的重要媒介,目前其價值主要體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展上,包括：辦公自動化、辦公先進通訊技術(shù)與設(shè)備、建筑中的辦公自動化和智能化辦公在未來發(fā)展上的兼容性與包容性。隨著智能化交互設(shè)計在辦公空間和辦公建筑中的推廣應(yīng)用,使辦公類建筑率先一步跨進了智能建筑的時代。人機交互和辦公自動化會越來越多的出現(xiàn)在未來的生活中,并且會日趨完善,越來越先進,越來越人性化。在未來的世界里,人機交互和辦公自動化一定會扮演著舉足輕重的角色,幫助我們的生活,使我們的生活步入一個高效、便捷、互動的交互時代�，F(xiàn)如今交互設(shè)計正在更多、更大范圍地融入人們的生活環(huán)境和工作環(huán)境當(dāng)中,未來,我們將會更加真切地感受到智能化辦公和人機交互所帶來的前所未有的進步。
[Abstract]:The concept of interactive design was originally derived from product design. It is a design method that allows people to interact organically with products. It can effectively enhance the sense of pleasure and comfort generated when people use products. And can timely understand the user in the experience of the product generated psychological and behavioral activities. Interactive design includes machine / system, human, interface and office environment. From a philosophical point of view, interactive design refers to the interaction between physical logic and behavioral logic. It is different from the traditional design which only pays attention to the form and neglects the connotation. Interaction design is designed to better serve people, make artificial environments and products easier to use, effective, and create a sense of spiritual satisfaction. Creating different spatial forms and functions, promoting the communication, communication between people and the environment, and using network communication technology to realize office interaction across space is the ability to stimulate creation in office space. And an effective way of humanizing. Through summarizing the development history of interactive design in office space, this paper discusses the past, present and future of office interactive design, analyzes the organizational structure of enterprises, and studies the existing interactive design examples in office space. Thus, the general design principles and future trends of interactive design are found, which provide experience and reference for the future research of others. Therefore, interactive design is an integral part of office space design. Human-machine-environment interaction is the focus of this paper, and man is the most important object of service and research in interaction design. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the psychological needs, behavior patterns, visual, auditory, tactile and physical feeling of people in office space, in order to improve and improve the satisfaction and contribution of people in the office environment. Intellectualization is a major trend of future design development. Intelligent interactive design is an important medium of human-computer interaction. At present, its value is mainly reflected in the development of network information technology, including: office automation, office advanced communication technology and equipment. The compatibility and inclusiveness of office automation and intelligent office in the future. With the popularization and application of intelligent interactive design in office space and office buildings, office buildings have stepped into the era of intelligent buildings. Human-computer interaction and office automation will more and more appear in the future life, and will be more and more perfect, more and more advanced, more and more humanized. In the future world, human-computer interaction and office automation will play an important role in helping our life, so that our life into an efficient, convenient, interactive era. Nowadays, interaction design is more and more widely integrated into people's living environment and working environment. In the future, we will truly feel the unprecedented progress brought by intelligent office and human-computer interaction.
