【摘要】：正上海市飲用水水源保護(hù)區(qū)的具體范圍從黃浦江上游拓展至全市所有水源地,除了重點(diǎn)保護(hù)黃浦江上游、青草沙、陳行、東風(fēng)西沙等4個(gè)水源地外,將所有中小水源地均納入保護(hù)區(qū)范圍。對(duì)本市飲用水源一級(jí)保護(hù)區(qū)實(shí)行封閉式管理,不得存在與供水和水源保護(hù)無(wú)關(guān)的企業(yè),已有的也要拆除;市民不能擅自進(jìn)入一級(jí)保護(hù)區(qū),不得進(jìn)行網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖、旅游、游泳、垂釣等活動(dòng),也不能
[Abstract]:The specific scope of the drinking water source protection area in Shanghai is expanded from the upper reaches of Huangpu River to all the water sources of the city. Besides protecting the 4 sources of the Huangpu River upstream, Chen Hang, Dongfeng and Xisha, all the small and medium-sized water sources are included in the protected area. The closed drinking water source protection area shall be closed. There should be no enterprises that are not related to water supply and water source protection. The existing ones must also be demolished. The public can't enter the first level protected area without permission, and can't carry out cage culture, tourism, swimming, fishing or other activities.
