文章摘要：中央城鎮(zhèn)化工作會(huì)議的召開以及《國(guó)家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃》的出臺(tái)為城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)領(lǐng)域提出了新的探索方向和發(fā)展要求,而全面提升城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)水平更是成為了城鎮(zhèn)化的核心任務(wù)之一.面對(duì)這樣的形式,作為交叉學(xué)科的城市設(shè)計(jì)將會(huì)發(fā)揮更大作用,成為推動(dòng)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)水平提升的重要技術(shù)支撐.城市設(shè)計(jì)自身的技術(shù)特征決定了其在我國(guó)規(guī)劃建設(shè)實(shí)踐中的特殊價(jià)值和重大意義,而從我國(guó)的城市設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展歷程和近年趨勢(shì)來(lái)看,城市設(shè)計(jì)的作用也愈發(fā)凸顯,尤其是在重大事件推動(dòng)、災(zāi)后重建援助以及城市建設(shè)日常管理等方面發(fā)揮了極為重要的作用.總的來(lái)看,我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)水平方面的不足很大程度源于觀念、制度的滯后以及相應(yīng)技術(shù)手段的缺失.因此,我們希望從城市設(shè)計(jì)的視角對(duì)如何提高城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)水平提出建議,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的健康發(fā)展.

Abstr：The Central Government＇s Work Conference on Urbanization and the National New-Type Urbanization Plan pointed out a new direction and requirements for urban planning and construction,of which to improve the quality of urban construction is one of the key tasks of urbanization.In this context,urban design,as a cross discipline,will become a significant technical support to enhance the quality of urban construction.Due to its technical features,urban design is of special value and significance in China＇s urban planning practice.From the perspective of its history and development trend,urban design plays an increasingly important role in big events,post-disaster reconstruction,and cities＇ daily management.In general,problems concerning urban construction are mainly caused by backward concepts and institutions,and the lack of technical means.As a consequence,from the viewpoint of urban design,this article puts forward suggestions on how to improve the quality of urban construction,in order to further push a sound development of China＇s new urbanization.
