可靠性約束的大科學(xué)裝置全生命周期成本建模與優(yōu)化方法

【摘要】:大科學(xué)裝置通常具有投資規(guī)模大、建設(shè)運(yùn)行周期長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)復(fù)雜程度高的特點(diǎn)。大科學(xué)裝置的建設(shè)不僅是我國綜合國力日益提高的體現(xiàn),也對(duì)我國科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展起到極大的促進(jìn)作用,具有廣泛的社會(huì)影響意義。在大科學(xué)裝置立項(xiàng)論證與設(shè)計(jì)方案論證時(shí),通常側(cè)重考慮其性能和研制費(fèi)用,會(huì)忽略系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行階段的維護(hù)和保障費(fèi)用支出,也對(duì)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)和全生命周期成本(Lifecycle Cost,LCC)的綜合優(yōu)化考慮不足。考慮全生命周期成本理論與可靠性設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化、備件保障管理和維修策略的結(jié)合,提出可靠性約束下的大科學(xué)裝置全生命周期成本優(yōu)化模型,為系統(tǒng)的可靠性設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化提供科學(xué)決策的思路和方法,是系統(tǒng)成本管理和可靠性設(shè)計(jì)的綜合優(yōu)化問題。針對(duì)由N個(gè)不可修部件組成的系統(tǒng),在系統(tǒng)備件保障度的約束下,研究系統(tǒng)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)值、備件儲(chǔ)備量和LCC的解析關(guān)系。在部件壽命服從威布爾分布的條件下,通過對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用模型與制造費(fèi)用模型的構(gòu)建與完善,建立包括設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用、制造費(fèi)用、備件存儲(chǔ)費(fèi)用和維修費(fèi)用在內(nèi)的系統(tǒng)LCC優(yōu)化模型。經(jīng)過優(yōu)化求解,得到滿意的可靠性設(shè)計(jì)水平、LCC最小值和最優(yōu)備件存儲(chǔ)量。針對(duì)可修系統(tǒng),采用預(yù)防性維修策略,構(gòu)建可靠度約束下的可修系統(tǒng)的LCC優(yōu)化模型,進(jìn)而得到包含預(yù)防性維修策略的可靠性設(shè)計(jì)水平與最優(yōu)LCC的關(guān)系曲線。通過對(duì)比分析未考慮預(yù)防性維修策略的LCC曲線,揭示可靠性設(shè)計(jì)水平、預(yù)防性維修策略和最優(yōu)LCC的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中的費(fèi)效改進(jìn)提供思路和方法。接著完整地提出包括均衡的系統(tǒng)全生命周期成本、可靠性設(shè)計(jì)水平和預(yù)防性維修次數(shù)在內(nèi)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)均衡區(qū)域的決策方法。將上述方法應(yīng)用于某大科學(xué)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)階段,開展兩個(gè)案例系統(tǒng)的可靠性設(shè)計(jì)和成本管理的優(yōu)化分析,驗(yàn)證所提出方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。本文提出的研究思路和方法有助于系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)師在設(shè)計(jì)階段分析和解決系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行階段的維護(hù)和保障費(fèi)用支出問題、可靠性設(shè)計(jì)與全生命周期費(fèi)用的綜合優(yōu)化問題。特別是,滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可靠性要求的設(shè)計(jì)均衡區(qū)域?qū)τ诖罂茖W(xué)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、建造和運(yùn)行維護(hù)具有明顯的理論和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Large scientific equipment usually has the characteristics of large scale of investment, long construction cycle and high technical complexity. The construction of large scientific equipment is not only an embodiment of the increasing comprehensive national strength of our country, but also a great promotion to the progress and development of science and technology in our country. It has extensive social influence. When demonstration and design scheme is proved, it usually emphasizes its performance and development cost, neglects the maintenance and support expenses of the system operation stage, and also considers the comprehensive optimization of reliability design and Lifecycle Cost, LCC, considering the whole life cycle cost theory and reliability design optimization, spare parts support pipe The combination of rational and maintenance strategies, the whole life cycle cost optimization model of large scientific equipment under the reliability constraint, the idea and method of providing scientific decision for the system reliability design and optimization, is the comprehensive optimization problem of the system cost management and reliability design. For the system composed of N non repairable components, the system spare parts are in the system spare parts. Under the constraints of the degree of support, the reliability design value of the system and the analytical relationship between the spare parts reserve and the LCC are studied. Under the condition that the component life obeys Weibull distribution, through the construction and improvement of the design cost model and the manufacturing cost model, the system LCC is optimized, including the design cost, the manufacturing cost, the spare parts storage cost and the maintenance cost. After optimizing the model, the satisfactory reliability design level, the LCC minimum value and the optimal spare parts storage are obtained. According to the repairable system, the LCC optimization model of the repairable system under the reliability constraint is constructed with the preventive maintenance strategy, and then the relationship curve of the reliability design level and the optimal LCC is obtained. By comparing and analyzing the LCC curve that does not consider the preventive maintenance strategy, it reveals the reliability design level, the preventive maintenance strategy and the internal relationship of the optimal LCC, and provides ideas and methods for the improvement of the cost efficiency in the system design. Then, the whole life cycle cost, the reliability design level and the preventive maintenance times including the balanced system are fully proposed. The system designs the decision-making method of the equilibrium region. The above method is applied to the design stage of a large scientific device. The reliability design and cost management of the two case systems are carried out to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method. The research ideas and methods proposed in this paper are helpful to the design of the system designers. This paper analyzes and solves the problem of maintenance and guarantee expenditure in the operation stage of the system and the problem of the comprehensive optimization of the reliability design and the total life cycle cost. In particular, the design equilibrium area which meets the requirements of economy and reliability has obvious theoretical and engineering application value for the design, construction and maintenance of large scientific equipment.
