【摘要】：隨著高等教育事業(yè)規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,政府及社會(huì)各界對(duì)高校資金投入加大,使高校財(cái)務(wù)保障工作更繁瑣且復(fù)雜,在已有編制人員不變的基礎(chǔ)上,如何有效解決師生報(bào)賬難顯得尤為重要。文章針對(duì)高校財(cái)務(wù)前臺(tái)報(bào)賬管理中存在的等候時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、工作效率低、報(bào)賬手續(xù)復(fù)雜等問題,深入分析高校財(cái)務(wù)前臺(tái)報(bào)賬系統(tǒng)的需求及目標(biāo),依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、電子支付技術(shù)等設(shè)計(jì)新的財(cái)務(wù)前臺(tái)報(bào)賬管理系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)介紹了該系統(tǒng)用戶報(bào)銷、報(bào)銷審批、數(shù)據(jù)庫等設(shè)計(jì)情況,為財(cái)務(wù)管理信息化建設(shè)提供一定借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the scale of higher education , the government and various sectors of society have made great efforts to increase the capital investment in colleges and universities . It is of great importance to deal with the problems of waiting time , low working efficiency and complicated reporting formalities in the management of financial front desk in colleges and universities . The paper analyzes the demand and target of the financial front desk , and designs a new financial front - front accounting management system based on Internet technology and electronic payment technology . It also introduces the design of user reimbursement , reimbursement and approval , database and so on . It provides some reference for the construction of financial management information .
